we acepted a trial sample of this product.now 2 months in a row we got bottles with a bill of $75.00 a month bill I did not order these and that kind of money is not acepted.i waiting a reply and i will go to the bank and cancel future shipments and i also will go to the atorney general office and form a complaint.validation code W2D6

I tried the sample and it wasn't what I thought. You have charged my account with a 30 day supply and this was before the 14 day trial was over. I didn't want to continue as it isn't what you claim. The cheaper Glucosemine is just as good.

On August 17th, my wife called Instaflex today to cancel the unauthorized shipments of Instaflex , (@1-877-868-3310) FOR THE SECOND TIME! It seems that she is not the onle person having a problem with your company.

I have received two shipments of Instaflex which I did not order. One was charged on the Amex card of my husband on his August 2011 statement and the last one will be on his September statement. I want credit on Amex at once. No more shipments!! What should I do with the two bottles?

Ordered 1 bottle gave no authorization to ship any more, tried to called during the day hours they gave to cancel and just get music and sit on hold forever. Want to make sure I do not get charged or sent any more. Talking to the Bank to make sure this doesn't happen again.

I am stuck with 3 orders which means you have charged me $225.00 with nothing to show for it.I now see your adds mixed in with other sites. Please remit the moneys that you have charged.

Having read the above entries, I am sorry I even entered my personal details, though not my card, and found no way to retrieve them. I will refuse any mail that apparently might be received from this outfit! It becomes dangerous to show ANY information on the Net.

I did not order Instaflex but my credit card was charged $26.99 and $4.99. I am returning the two bottles which they sent me on condition that these were given as free sample. There was no address in the internet nor on the bottles.

Please cancel any further order of instaflex, as I only wanted the trial offer. It has not worked for me and I was charged for another bottle that I did not authorize. I will not pay for any thing else sent to my credit card.
