If expected call from unknown people to call back pause blocking for however long you want, then these calls can't get through.

just copy and stick to your address bar and go and complain and eventually they will stop. In case you
don't have their number it is 213-221-3704. STICK IT TO THESE LOSERS OK?
A male - with accent - states he's from Windows; tells me my computer has corrupted files. Said his company is hired by Microsoft for this purpose. Says I could contact him at 800-453-9045 and ask for Charles - last name ROY. I don't think so....
He's called multiple times, but this time I was at home. I don't know if he's selling something or thinks I'd give him access to my computer. He knew the physical address for the phone number he called. One mistake he made is telling me my computer was registered to this address; not true; I've never registered a computer/phone/email to any physical address!
- My plan of action is to kept these direct dial people on the phone so long that they stop calling me. This time, I kept him on the phone for almost 60 minutes - Wasted his time!
One things he asked, which I did do (to see what he wanted), laboriously followed his instructions when he asked me to goto run with eventvwr ; then look at the Administrative Events [in Custom Views] and delete all those events. I balked - I guess he though I'd be horrified at the errors & warnings.
