Unwanted Calls from idot pesky people

213-290-4584 , 213-293-7341 - THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST PLAIN PESTS AND DON'T HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO DO WITH THEIR LIVES BUT BOTHER OTHER BUSY SUCCESSFUL PRODUCTIVE PEOPLE...I JUST WANTED TO TAKE A MINUTE AND ADD TO THE MORASS OF OTHER WONDERFUL PEOPLE WHO ARE MAKING A PUBLIC COMPLAINT ABOUT THEM....THEY SUCK AND I HOPE THEY GET INTO SOME FINANCIAL PENALTIES FOR BOTHERING PEOPLE...NOT SURE WHAT THEIR BUSINESS IS...SOLICITATION WITH POLLS, SURVEYS, MONEY FOR A CAUSE OR WHATNOT..LEAVE ME THE FOCK ALONE!  MY SUGGESTION IS TO ANSWER PHONE AND PUT THEM ON HOLD FOREVER...I JUST WISH MY PHONE WOULD AUTO ELIMINATE THEM...

    What they want is a taxi, or now it's called U er to transport to the next Metropolis. You guys if you return the call a taxi or Uber will arrive. It's no a scan it's a real business. Read the book 'Circuit to Heaven'. A list of high secrecy is involved.
    How do I know this Circuitry; because some people I know don't like calling or talking any time. These callers don't have or use a language. Also to be civil they're in control.

    I get several calls from LSANDA CA every day, from several numbers. It is always silence. I assume that it is a broken or improperly configured call-bot.

    Every 2 weeks, they seem to swap out their phone numbers, probably to sidestep the inevitable call blocking that their victims resort to. They call in pairs, and seem to alternate. (Or I am just on two of their lists)

    I get calls & now texts from this number & a similar 323 990 9413 about daying just saying hi & my name probably since I haven't answered & I'm on the do not call registry for california & federally yet funny how people still call & no one in the government does anything. In the rare cases they do & if there's any fees penalties or settlements you the victim don't get anything for the waste of your time or the fact that the dont call list is worthless. I'm not even part of a political party because they have excepted themselves from not using those lists anyways. At first it looked like a was a political call from the district 4 of california which is within san diego & right area code but reading these it just sounds like scams but not political scams.
