Regarding redemption of Kuber mutual fund , Kuber planter ,Kuber Buildwell and Kuber Builder

Hi,
My name is ashish . i have invested in Kuber mutual fund , Kuber planter ,Kuber Buildwell and Kuber Builder.
Right now Kuber mutual fund is going to liquidate as order by high court.
but i have invested in 3 others Kuber planter ,Kuber Buildwell and Kuber Builder .when i ask to liquidate officer about these companies they said these are still in active mode .their address are given on certificate is -
E-20,Greater kailash -1,New delhi-48.
but when i goes to this address it's already seiged by govt.
One broker come to me he said that he will give me the redemption but i can get only 20% of my pricipal amount.He has done some redemption of few investor giving them 20% of pricipal amount deducting some other charges also.
Then i realized that these company are still in operation but they are hidden or changes their name and address.
For your knowledge kuber mutual fund suspended in 1998 and their CEO was arrested at the same time.
Please help me because i was invested a lot of my money into these company.

It's look like that U are right in case of KUBER PLANTERS LTD. I had invested Rs.25,000
I have contacted Official liqidators office in delhi but thay are saying that Kuber Planters Ltd. is not under Liqidation and that menas that nothing has been loged agaist this company.
Also i have the compony details e.i. REGD.FOLIO NO.84981,CERTIFICATE NO.84981,BRANCH CODE:-KAROL BAGH,AGENT CODE:-KARL/30
As per ur comment ,U met some broker ,Do U have the mobile no or contact address of that broker.
If u have then Please pass as i am doing a lot of homework in this matter only.
I have enquired about kuber Mutual and it's liquidation is under process and same for JVG finance but Kuber Planters is not having any clue.

Thanks for the update but unfortunately it says Claims should be lodged before 31 October, 2008. Thedate is pastdue,as I believe there was a list of people to whom payments were made...I was not aware, however I believe another list is being/has been made, how do we add our names to it whom do we contact?
