Hi,

My name is ashish . i have invested in Kuber mutual fund , Kuber planter ,Kuber Buildwell and Kuber Builder.
Right now Kuber mutual fund  is going to liquidate as order by high court.
but i have invested in 3 others Kuber planter ,Kuber Buildwell and Kuber Builder .when i ask to liquidate officer about these companies they said these are still in active mode .their address are given on certificate is -
E-20,Greater kailash -1,New delhi-48.
but when i goes to this address it's already seiged by govt.
One broker come to me he said that he will give me the redemption but i can get only 20% of my pricipal amount.He has done some redemption of few investor giving them 20% of pricipal amount deducting some other charges also.
Then i realized that these company are still in operation but they are hidden or changes their name and address.

For your knowledge kuber mutual fund suspended in 1998 and their CEO was arrested at the same time.
Please help me because i was invested a lot of my money into these company.

    well my father too invested with kuber mutual benefits way back in 1998. we have been getting the news that liquidator is doing his part of job but no results or information has been received as yet. can anyone tell the real news?

    Hi dear,
    I had invested lot of my money in kuber mutual benefits ltd & Kuber Planters Ltd in 1997-98 & submitted  claims to the court through  advocate of Kanpur Mr I P S Chauhan(mob no 09335787783)in 2002 but heard nothing so far.I dont know the fate of the case as the advocate gives no feed back though charged huge sum for filing the case.Will any body advise me what action has to be taken now to get back our hard earned money?

    I have not received my money back to me from this company.

                 I had deposited a lot of amount in Kuber finance Ltd.,Mutual Benefits Ltd.and Builders also.And I was EMPLOYEE as a Account  Clerk at the period of 16/12/91 to16/4/99.I sent Affidevits to Allahabad High Court after read the notice in News Paper.But there are no response after that. So I have no idea What shall I do. I will be very thankful, if someone help me in this regards.My mob.no.is 09286012346.

    The Matter was pending quiet long time  in supreme court as the attachemnt of porperty of Kuber was made by the Mahsarshtra Gov under MPID ACT .Now the supream court Permitted to sell the property to repay the Depositers by selling the Property in one similar case ,the Compnay has to come forward and make necessary application to the High court to release proerty to settle the depositors money . Many of the Compnay's utilised the Judgment and settled the Payment of investors .

    But thers is no information about Kuber group  Company or its Directros . The company  having property  valuing several times of its  laiblity and settle the entire Depositors money by selling one or Two property if they want . Please be in touch below mail if any information about the company /Dirctors
    to persude them to setlle the investors Money.

    I have invested Rs.14000/- in Kuber Mutual Benefits Scheme which was matured for Rs.20000/-. But Co has not paid the said amount. I have sent complaint to Head Office of Kuber Co. and other associated offices. But till date I have not received the principle amount or maturity amount.

    Kindly give the name and address of the complaints of the Kuber Consumers if any.
