I flew out for Damacus International Airport(DIA) heading to Bangkok. I had a brief layover in Doha about 1hr and a half, sufficient time to transfer the baggage. I arrived in Bangkok, NO luggage. It later became clear to me that the woman host working for Qatar Airways never placed a transfer sticker on my baggage. Further when confirming my flight she was really rude and bend a page in my passport. I pointed out her behavior and she just ignored me. Qatar Airways please hire people that are courteous and equip to complete the task assigned.

    I flew from Jeddah-Saudi Arabia via flight no.QR-767 to Doha-Qatar on 8th April since I have one day stop over in Doha on 9th April.My two bags were taged for Doha QR-867 on 8th and then to QR-812 Hong Kong on 10th April.
    Upon my arrival I can not find my bags ans reported to Hong Kong Services Limited-HAS.
    After checking online Hong Kong staff find out the bags were deained in Doha-Qatar as unidentified.Why it was not forwarded while taged to forward to Hong Kong for QR-812 on 10th April via tag nos.QR001533 and Qr001534 respectively.

    I am in Guangzhou-China now,all me important belongings and business samples etc.are in the missing bags and due to this irresponsible manner of Qatar Airwways staff I have to bear a loss of time and money.

    Still waiting to received my bags in China and an explaination on this matter.

    Dear Mada/Sir,
    I flew from TORONTO/Canada by  flight no.QR-928 to DOHA/Qatar on August 21, 2011 and connecting flight QR-344 from DOHA to DHAKA on the August 22, 2011. Since I have connection flight, my two baggages were tagged From TORONTO to DHAKA via DOHA.
    Upon my arrival at Dhaka Airport I could not find my one and reported to DHAKA QC lost and found counter immediate.
    I have talked to QC-DAC staff several times however, till today I found nothing from them. The QC-DAC staffs are telling there is no reply from YYZ-QC or DOH-QC yet.  
    Now I am in Dhaka. All of me important and valuable stuffs in the missing baggage and due to this irresponsible manner of Qatar Airways staff I am going to bear a big loss of time and money.
    So, I request to you please do needful action and find my baggage and send to Dhaka airport and for this act of kindness I shall ever grateful to you.

    Dear Mad/Sir,
    I flew from London Heathrow Airport flight no. QR-2 ticket no 1575381084183 my seat no 45B my passport number H5255555 to Doha Qatar on 13/12/2011 and connecting flight no QR 298 from Doha to Amritsar on the 14/12/2011 and reached at Doha Qatar Airport on 13/12/2011 in morning 6.30am a bus came to pick from there and we are reached at security gate and as I was holding coat-pent with tie which was in cover and the cover name was already written that was fine finish tailoring and clothing and it was black in color and coat -pent was like coffee color. As when I came out of the bus and my coat pent was left in the bus and I told everything to security guard about the my left coat pent then he replied me back that don't worry it will be stored and will be given to you back. You just checked by security you go to transfer desk opposite gate number 10. Then I hurriedly gone there and then they keep delaying me as there was 14 hours stay and no hotel was provided to me as it was a law that after 8 hours the hotel was provided but there is nothing as such and I keep on asking them and I was very much disturbed and I didn't got my left coat pent and after so long, they replied me that driver didn't submit your coat pent. One girl Bumeeka she does not register my complaint and she told me that it will be register at Amritsar Airport but in Amritsar Airport I met one employee but noone listen there. Reply me as soon as it can possible. I am Government Employee Passport Office Jalandhar.

    My bf took a flight to Doha yesterday. Because he was one of the last people to abroad the plane and it was all packed on the plane, one flight attendance asked him to surrender his carry-on luggage and gave him a tag. He arrived in Doha a few hours ago, waiting by the plane when he got off and there was no sign of his luggage. I don't know how Qatar air lost someone's luggage in this type of situation. I hope that Qatar air staff proceed my bf's luggage properly and I hope they found his luggage very soon.

    I feel really sorry for what I bf is going through now.

    I am paying your attention please that I traveled on Qatar Air line on 5th of Jan-2012 from Muscat to Dhaka and 6th of Jan-2012 I reached in Dhaka, Bangladesh. But I did not find my one luggage. I am giving the details in below:

    I would like to inform you with great regret and anger that the flight with Qatar airways has totally spoiled my stay in Brazil. I am a scientist and a professor at a university and had an extremely important business/scientific meeting at Campinas from 1-6 April, 2012 in Brazil. It was my first time and the worst decision to choose Qatar airways. I took Qatar flight from Karachi on 1st April. The flight got delayed by hours due to some reason and I missed my connected Qatar flight at Doha. Despite my 4-5 hours discussion with Qatar staff at Doha transfer desk they were unable to provide me with any alternaive. My departure to Sao Paulo was extremely crucial on the 1st April but I had to stay in Doha for the next 24 hours to get the next Qatar flight, which led me to miss my crucial first day meeting with other world renouned scientists in Brazil. Before departing Doha on 2nd April, I asked at the desk about my baggage 2-3 times and they assured me that my baggage (which had some of my very important documents for meeting purpose and had all of my clothes in there) is in the flight to Sao Paulo, Brazil. I arrived at Sao Paulo on the evening of 2nd April and did not receive my baggage. I immediately reported this to the Qatar staff. As a compensation they provided me with $50 and shaving kits with pajamas and assured me that I will receive my baggage in next 24 hours. I got my baggage after 3 days and my stay in Brazil was just 5 days in total. I can not write in words that how did I spent my days in Brazil without my clothes and important documents. The QATAR AIRWAYS has totally ruined my stay in Brazil. My meeting has gone totally failure. I spent around USD 1800 for a round trip from KHI-GRU-KHI, which was a total loss in addition to the mental torture I had during my stay and a total wastage of my 8-9 days I spared for this meeting. I extended one more day to finish up some of my important scientific meetings in Brazil, and for which I had to take another day off from my work place in Pakistan and I had to reschedule all my meeting and classes in Pakistan. In addition to that, I had to pay money to reschedule my flight from 7th April to 8th April and had to pay hotel for one extra day stay in Brazil. Despite my complaints on QATAR website (http://support.qatarairways.com/entries/33914 ... does-not-arrive), no one ever bothered to reply my message.

    Now after this long story and negligence form your side, I am seeking for a full money return for the whole trip (tickets, hotel, transport and food) as a compensation, otherwise, I am going to take a legal action for this your negligence to spoil my trip.

    Pls also suggest me how can get it now.. and who deliver it if found.

    I travelled to Milan from Dubai with a stopover in Doha. Somewhere along the line Qatar Airways lost my baggage. This was in Mar 2012.

    It is now 3 months since the incident. And as per their so called "protocol" I had to submitted purchase receipts for all the items lost. Trying to be accommodating I submitted my credit card statements which were used to make the purchases. To me this is sufficient as proof but Qatar Airways seems to be adamant to make this a horrible task.

    If anyone else on this form would like to do something about this please leave a post with your mailing Id and we can work together to get justice.

      I am in to this situation too. They lost my luggage!!!
      Asking for all kind of receipt. No one in this world keep thr receipt for shoe or underwear. We don't plan to loose our luggage during flight. Plz contact me if any one wish to complain together. zakirkhan@nhs.net

    We flew in From portugal to Thailand for our honeymoon and after some 30 hours travelling, one flight cancellation and some mishaps also from other airline operator we ended up our journey with a three flight route with qatar ( Barcelona to Doha and Bangkok ( Flight QR612 - 20:55) on the 05 June 2012.  Upon our arrival and noticing that our luggage was nowhere to be found, we went to the counter and no one has provided us with any compensation for immediate needs ( as i see now seems to be Qatar standard protocol).

    On top of that i got seriously sick and with all our medicine in our luggage.  We explained that we really needed our luggage that day and  all they said was that the luggage would be sent to the hotel in a matter of 2hours. we waited and waited and ended up sicker and going to the doctor.
    Well Qatar had our luggage lost for two full days and we only received it it when we were about to depart to another location after several phonecalls from us to questioning its whereabouts.
    We had to purchase medicine and other immediate needs ( clothing and underwear) and no compensation has been provided.

    I left Philippines on June 25, 2012 on board PR310 and changed plane in Hongkong (QR813) and agin in Qatar (QR724) and arrived Riyadh on 26 June 2012. My check in baggage did not arrived with me. I complained already and was given reference number RUHQR12286 and was asked to submit documents twice. Today is July 9, 2012 and its already 13 days! but until now I did not recieved my baggage. I am always told they are still tracing it. Very important documents pertaining to my work are in my baggage and I am very upset already with the services of Qatar Airways. I hope management will give attention on this complaint.

    I flew from Dulles/WASH DC in MAY 28  (QR 352) to DOHA and I have a transit in DOHA . I left DOHA on MAY 30  0n flight no. QR 352 to Kathmandu. I arrived Kathmandu in MAY 30  at 8:35am but I did not found my baggage there. I complained and they gave me track number QR 112239. NOW is July 30 stil I did not get any message and my baggage. Please can you search my baggage. I have very important document there. I have my qualification certificate and I have my baby’s hotpital’s record document. Iam very upset with the services of Qatar Airways.

    I flew from New York to Qatar on the 11th of August 2012 and when I arrived I did not receive my luggage. I have already told Qatar Airways about the lost suitcase and they have been telling me that they are still tracing it. I am very unsatisfied with Qatar Airways behavior. There are many valuables inside my bag and it has everything new I bought from NYC. I hope my stuff return as soon as possible.

    i am from dubai to qatar in flight number QR119 and from qatar to kathmandu QR532 but 3 days happened i didn't get my luggage with tag number XH1432. I came from kandhar in Aerotech flight and i had paid $50 for excess luggage and in dubai with Marhaba Servicesi paid $84 for luggage transfer to Qatar airline in 19 dec 2012 and i arrive kathmandu, nepal i 20 dec 2012. And i alsp talked with Qatar airlines member about my lost luggage but they cann't find it so they told me to send a mail to  Qatar airlines.
    And my bag color is red with wheels and inside the bag there was the  following things.
             1. 2 packets of gifts
              2. 1 hard drive
              3. colthes
              4. in the side of the bag there was full of dolls
              5. In the front i have my toothpaste. brush and also i have pine cigrettee
              6. my headpones

    I have a missing bag from Qatar Airways on FEBRUARY 4/5 2013.
    FROM JOHANNESBURG INTL AIRPORT IN SOUTH AFRICA TO DOHA.
    They mistagged a bag and sent it to me in the United States, indicating that it was my bag but it was NOT.  I returned the bag to the airlines.  IF YOU also have a missing bag from that particular flight, please contact me as it is probable they have mixed up our bag tags and have delivered me YOUR lost bag instead, maybe you know where mine went???
