    Pretty impressive website they have as a cover for a bunch of slimeballs that use tactics that are illegal...harrassment, nothing sent in writing, trying to collect bills that don't exist and/or old bills that the statute of limitations has run out on.  No wonder they always have lots of job openings....who wants to work for a company that makes you do THAT everyday, and take abuse from the angry people they're accusing of a false debt!  I'm in the Twilight Zone with these people, I swear!

    iqor have asked me to pay a ebay/paypal debt for £3000.I dont now anything about it.Got my solicitor to write to them and have heard nothing in 8 weeks.Listening to some of our less educated friends here i should have paid up and shut up.

    Well they even try to make you pay, for an account being in arrears, that is not mine. Never had an ebay account, frankly don't want one, so kindly tell me how these bunch have decided I owe Ebay £70 for an account I don't and won't have.

    What about the person/persons that this company calls numerous times a day for owing a bill that the person/persons didn't have to begin with??

    Many people complain, "Oh just pay the bill already" Well that would be fine if the person or persons had whatever service they are harassing you about.

    the bottom line - Iqor = parasites trying bleed a living from other peoples short-comings or downfall.
    And, now, even the BBC licence weekly payment scheme, my partner absentmindedly fell behind, now we have a letter from iqor saying a caller will be here to demand the whole £33 and this is twice as much as the scheme. But considering the BBC have had to apologise to Bob Geldorf for saying the charity money goes elsewhere, what can anyone expect from a greedy TV company. The BBC = Broken Biscuit Company

    Me too.  The benefits suck.  Lunch is only 30 minutes.  Who can choke on a crumb in 30 minutes!!??  The environment is VERY ghetto and unprofessional.  A lot of high school graduates with no college education work there.  A lot of them are Black Americans.  They use profanity while working, and the customers can hear it in the background while speaking with the agent who's on the line.  They eat and leave crumbs all over the place.  Get this:  The AVP's/Supervisors/Lead persons are arrogant, because they make a WHOPPING $30,000/yr.!!!  Woo hoo!  They don't like to help you if you have questions, they don't like to speak with the customers when they ask to speak with a supervisor, and most of them are very dumb.  The regular agents know more than a lot of them.  The agents can't even check their e-mail accounts.  We have e-mail addresses:  John.Doe@iqor.com; but we can't even use them.  How weird is that?  There is no introduction or training on the benefits that they provide.  Training is awful, and they use people who are not certified to train.  Almost everyone in management is Indian or Latino.  And they always get ahead faster.  Instead of promoting the employees that are already there, they will bring in an entry-level immogrant, and promote them to supervisor or manager after only a few months of them working there and they don't know [***].  It's one of the worse places to work for!
