I have not ordered GRC vitamin and it appears in my Statement account for $38.98 is as Fraud in my account and I need to notify it. Please cancel this ordered because I do not want GRc VITAMINS ORDERED.

I ordered the WEN crud maybe 2 months ago, sent it back a week later. And decided to try the FREE trial of the vitamins that was supposed to come with it.
I got the vitamins in a seperate package, which I thought was wierd. But never opened the bottle. (Going to toss it when this is all over..BTW it says on the bottle "This statement has not been evaluated by the FDA"..so definately not opening it) Checked my account last night and saw I got charged $40 last month and $30 this month for more vitamins..That NEVER CAME.
Called WEN this morning, they couldn't do anything about it since it's apparently a seperate company even though I got it from their website. But they took another charge from WEN off my account from a few days ago..they were very nice and gave me the # for the vitamins. Called the vitamins after I googled them and found this site of complaints. They said that my FREE trial came with an invoice (that I never saw) that said if I don't cancel the vitamin shipments within 90 days, they get put on auto-ship. What kind of BS is that! They should have an invoice in it that says if you want anymore, then send this form back! Then they said my second shipment arrived a few days ago at my door even though I was charged for it a month ago! NEVER GOT IT! Then she said in order to get my money back, I will have to wait 7-10 business days for a form to arrive at my door that I will have to fill out saying I never got a shipment after the free trial, then send the form back and they will process it. But after a dozen times of me asking her how long it takes for them to process it and get my money back, she never gave me an answer. Then I asked if I could just get it in a email instead of mail, and she said it HAS to be mailed. Yea right. So I called the bank back since they wouldn't do anything for me unless I called the vitamin people first. And they are doing their job filing forms and disputes and I'll have my money back in a couple days, and got my debit card canceled, and if it still happens I gotta call the bank back and either close my account and open a new one, or close it out and I might go to another bank since this isn't the first time I've had BS charges on my account. No one gets away with my money! Especially after me being on the phone for over an hour complaining and trying to make sense out of the vitamin peoples stupidity and getting to the bottom of everything. So if anyone else ever has this issue again..call the vitamin people first and then your bank to take care of it all, otherwise the bank won't do anything unless you've talked to the source first.
