I have a chg of $43.79  charged to my credit card I did not order anything and do not even know what this company is     going to report as fraud to local law enforcement   I want this charge removed

    I have ordered and paid 39.99 for program and got the message that I can transfer program until  28. 9. 2017.
    but nothing was shown to be transferred.  Pleas clarify and resend my program. Thank you

    I ordered this...paid $34.99 on credit card on 8/31....then charged again on credit card on 9/20....I am not
    paying $34.99 per month...why this extra charge....I am turning this over to Better Business and will
    have my Attorney take proper action if I do not  receive a refund of $34.99.

    I too have a charge on my card --for $32.16.  I do not know what it is for.  I ordered about four weeks ago a  system mechanic free for one month.  After that it is to cost $4.99/ month.  I can see nothing that Dri*Avg is the same company.  I will contest this charge.    You might not want to do business with Dri*Avg or order a system mechanic.  There are other providers with no hassles.

    I  have the same issue. Refund is expected. Stop further charges and discontinue services if any actually exist.
