I have a chg of $43.79  charged to my credit card I did not order anything and do not even know what this company is     going to report as fraud to local law enforcement   I want this charge removed

    I was charged twice on my card € 77,99 in December 2017 and € 76,99 in November 2018. I did not ordered any service.I will contest these payments and expect a refunfd immediately.

    You have charged my account $103.99 for something I did Not order, and the note says, "Recurring charge"! I have ordered NOTHING from you, and you caused my account to be OVERDRAWN, $27.00-Please REFUND this amount immediately!!!!!!!

    This is an addition to my previous note...that unauthorized charge to my account was on 11/15/2018..                      it was for 103.99, plus 27.00 overdraft fee, for a total of $130.99...Please REFUND this amount Immediately!! It was charged to my debit card, ending in  5892.

    I had been using AVG Internet Security for about 4 years (free version when I bought my computer).
    The other day I wanted to upgrade and there was an offer which sounded amazing, so I opted for it.
    Was promised a confirmation email (which never came) plus they wanted me to buy more to add to my "Fully Protected" plan, which I did not- scammers).
    I contacted the "REAL" AVG and they had no record of my purchase nor of me anywhere, nor did the phone number linked with my purchase match anything for this reputable company. Called my cc company to find out the DRI AVG was the culprit posing as AVG. My cc company is investigating and will have the charges reveresed. DRI, you did NOT win this one- SCAMMERS!

    I wrote to you on the 12/12/2018 asking for a payment of £44.99 charge which was taken from  my account on that day without my permission, I have no recollection of any purchase from you and would like to be reimbursed  of my money, if I do not hear back from you I will have no choice but to take action please contact me on 07806320862 ASAP

    I have a charge of $106.99 on my visa card posted 11-28-2018, have no idea what it is for. I sure was not informed of any purchase or authorization of such. Please contact me at 402-277-7117 this item will be not paid.
