    35th floor Antel Building, Julia Vargas Ave. Ortigas Center Pasig City....the company will extend their operation until June 30 2011..All of their accounts will be just transfer in cebu and they are just going to change the name of company as far as i know it will be NEXTQ "sounds like that"..owner is Mon Sabado..

    just by chance so many complaints?
    When you search Google for 'Mon sabado' results equal. Many complaints and problem.

    Why?

    Is all mistake? Or is it real that Mon Sabado not pay on time and make bad work place?
    Why do Mon sabado company move name so much times??
    Was allez, then change to east Asia, then e4e bpo, now another new name? Why so much?
    Should I take agent job at NEXT Q or keep look for better job and supervisor?

    He not have one or anything because Mon sabado always need to run from agents he screw by no pay oor because Mon sabado hide from law.
    This is respectable???? No, me think no respectable and I have zero respect for this boss Mon sabado and his lie and scams.

    Any who work for Nextq,..... be ware, know many many other work for Mon Sabado in latest years and many got skewed with no pay and lie of Mon Sabado. If you disbelieve me, ask Sir Mon Sabado if he pay if he no pay or pay late, then watch his reaction. Ask Mon Sabado if all complaint are false on internet about him. Ask Mon Sabado why he always hide always change name and move.

    I hope monkey sabado not mess you life up too.

    hhmmmmm we've been experiencing all of that.. eventhough the company is still new but most of cebu agents notice the corruption and some illegal moves,, we didn't see any BIR permit .. hhmmmm and our salaries  are always delayed.. now they are already 2 months in cebu but the floor is not yet full.. every waves, most agents resigned because of worst management ..and also what I have observe most superiors are not approachable and not professional. they didn't implement EOP during duty hours... hmmmmm !!! Maybe they're thinking that we will not make a move.. just watch... hmmmm.. nasa cebu ata ang office ng DOLE sa region 7 at baka nkakalimutan nya may BIR office dn dito hmmmm..!!

    After you read this you would even thought of work for Mon Sabado as your boss at NextQ, when people keep talking that Mon Sabado not pay on time and very bad work envirnment??????

    If you do decide work 4 sir mon sabado, later do not say to us that you were not warned!!

    i like get pay on time and not late, so i would not work for NextQ or Mon Sabado or Next Q Communication in Cebu.

You know what, i suggest, after the pay day, we should get the training agreement that we signed.Right mana nato kay supposedly pa gani naa ta copy sa ato g signan!     Ows?Weeeeeehhhh?GROW UP??ARE YOU SERIOUS????FYI, We just woke up from the truth. Anyhow, I've heard that there were a lot of agents recently resigned or shall I say AWOL because of the company's bad management. There were also facts gathered that this company doesn't follow DUE PROCESS when it comes to terminating such employee. Good thing was I'M NOT ONE OF THEM. Yes, you're right that the salary is high BUT NOT ALL OF US because it depends on the employee's call center experience and aside from the FACT that You're NOT remitting taxes, SSS and Pag-IBIG funds. Natural, mlaki nga ang sahud coz there were no deductions. As an ex-employee, I was also worried because I don't have BIR, SSS and PAG-IBIG contributions. PANO KAMI MKAKALOAN????Before I forget, this company doesn't have HMO ( HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION ). So, PANO KUNG MAGKAKASAKIT KAMI????HAYAAN NALANG???That's not good. Remember, HEALTH is WEALTH. TOTOO PO lahat ito. It actually shows on our PAY SLIP and maybe that's the reason why we don't have ATM Cards.

    I recently worked here and i really don't like the company. Most of the supervisors are not approachable and accommodating. Well, personalities really matter to me. Aside from that, salary is always delayed and there are a lot of discrepancies. So, I have decided to quit and look for another company which i considered as the BEST!!!!Well, this company really sucks!!!!

    P.S:

    Take note that you are promoted as one of their senior supervisors. Then, how come you can't speak english very well?I have noticed that there were WRONG GRAMMARS in your statement. Sorry, just being honest and observant. :P

    In interview or talk with Sir MON SABADO,
    before you choose to believe Mon Sabado tells trueth or if MonSabado is liar, ask Mon Sabado:  

    "Do you mr. sir Mon Sabado have a crime problem???"
    "Can i trust you be honest with me and do what you say?"

    If Mon Sabado say he is honest and truth and not a criminal, ask why Mon Sabado why do he have so many trials for stealing in near future.

    If this is nothing to Mon sabado, why he arrested and photo? Why five other charges?

    I think if it was no thing then Mr Mon not be arrest and not have trial.......... but he do have trial come soon and he no honest on pay employee on time. He no honest period.

    I hope he get honest. I hope revolt by people he cheat ... I pray for justice.

    I have worked for this company [for a few months] and was assigned at their SOL account, which I believe is their biggest account.
    My two cents:
    Surprisingly, there are a couple of supervisors/team leaders who are unable to converse in English fluently. There is this supervisor who often sugarcoat her words whenever talking to agents,clients and especially superior officers [which I believe this is the reason how she became a supervisor]; she is a dumb butt and the most shameless person I have ever known.
    They establish their own rules that they don't even follow! For example, no office romance. And who would even make a 500php deduction rule if you are late for attending a general assembly?! I understand that they are promoting disciplined individuals, but they themselves aren't "disciplined" enough to give their employees' salary on time!

    If you want to work for a company that does not go for discrimination, favoritism, harassment, and most of all, values their employees' rights - NEVER TRY TO APPLY HERE. You will earn nothing from here, even a single penny. "Buti pa ang mga semi-skilled workers on time ang sahod!"
