    Well, if you want to seek your greener pasture, better apply to any best companies. All of us deserve happiness and you won't be able to experience it here. Full of sadness, frustrations and they will just give you headache all the time based on my experience. These were actually the reasons why I went out from the company because I am no longer happy. Take it from me my friend. As I've said earlier, It would be better to apply for any best companies here in Cebu. To be honest with you, I got the best job right now in a prestigious company because I followed my heart and yet, I am very happy with my decision. NO REGRETS!

    It depends on which account they will assign you [they have a number of outbound accounts, these products that they offer are pure fraud; products that don't even exist. While the inbound account doesn't have to deal with this kind of problem.] Nevertheless, not giving their employees' salary on time applies to both accounts.

    People behind the management of Next Q Communications/ROI Solutions or what ever you call the company are clearly blinded by the lady in red; choosing earthly pleasures such as money and power over heavenly things.

    The company is improving, i may not be able to compare it with the way they handled it before, but what is important is the management is trying to give us the best. i was with  a lot of call centers already and take note those were BIG companies,  they even provided me good and enough benefits on top of the great pay. Here in NEXT Q its a place where you can grow as an individual.. maybe with everything that is happening all you have to put in your mind is that nothing is smooth and easy in everything you do, you have to do effort in order to succeed. What im trying to say is, though the company didnt provide us enough training, you should do your own part to do self study in return. meaning love your work above all.. Regarding the pay, its fine, they offered me enough.. base on my work experience. and its on time already.. with that i can say that the company is improving.. and in fact, they are on processing our ATM already, so hopefully,  they will also take care of our benefits.. but im not demanding it now, it will take time for sure. JUST KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! GUYS!

    People, let's make peace not war! We didn't meant to cause an argument here (well that is for me). If I have said any harsh terms then I want to apologize to those who were offended.
    Let's just hope for the best that the management of this company continue to do their "good work", and spare them from doing what we have experienced before.

    Yeah..I agree with you but the damage has been done..Well, I can't do anything about it but as of now, all I can say is I am so happy coz I've heard that the company is improving according to someone who is also working here. I am glad that they have just realized their flaws. In fact, that's the most important thing to instill in order to avoid mass resignation. Hopefully this time, the company should follow due process esp. when it comes to terminating such employee. "IT SHOULD NOT THROUGH TEXT". By the way, I would like to say sorry to those people who were offended however, you can't blame me coz i was just provoked. Best wishes to your company..:)

Thus, if he worked only from January up to September his proportionate 13th month pay should be equivalent of 1/12 his total basic salary he earned during that period.

    The payment of the 13th month pay may be demanded by the employee upon the cessation of employer-employee relationship. This is consistent with the principle of equity that as the employer can require the employee to clear himself of all liabilities and property accountability, so can the employee demand the payment of all benefits due him upon the termination of the relationship.

    kakahiya, well the company hired me. and im so happy now.

    I was reading all the entries and I was shocked... I thought they were transferring to Cebu to change their image and build a better company, but what the hell, they still use the same crappy method like what they did here in Manila and made it even worst. I thought that Mr. Sabado was helpful and oh so concerned but just discovered that he was a candy coated dry poop.. hahaha together with those flies who were roaming around him trying to sip his juice though he was cracking dry... hahahaha. Use your imagination... Please be scared of what you were doing Mr. Sabado, you have a wife and children... KARMA is just around and the worst is it could not just be brought by fate, maybe SOMEONE will bring karma for you in a faster and MONstrous way... and maybe you yourself could bring that to them...     This Company does not have ask a receipt certificate from BIR. This Company is total Bu***hit. The Operations for Inbound and Outbound are all mixed up. Damn Solomon Perez Sabado and his Legions of A** Kissers.
