    Contact FTC.

One of ACA Recovery's other clients, Thompson Hill Publishing/Regional Yellow Pages Online, and various other names, was sued by FTC, and is covered by a permanent injunction, yet ACA Recovery has been collecting on their bogus "accounts" after the injunction was issued.  This company is running the same scam, using the same "debt collector", and might even be related.

In addition, file fraud complaints with your state Attorney General, the NJ AG, the Florida AG, and at www.ic3.gov

I also got a letter indicating I owe $624.99 to Yellowpagesexpress.com for services I never authorized (or even heard of for that matter).  Also, this company has never sent me an invoice for their supposed services prior to turning "my account" over to the A.C.A. Recovery Collection Agency.

I received a notice in the mail today for $624.99 form the yellowpagesexpress for a account that i never authorized I am turning this over to the local authorities.Everyone else should also. This seems to be a scam when I called the number they immedately told me that they were going to send this account back to the yellowpagesexpress and they would dismiss the collection.

"this company has never sent me an invoice for their supposed services "

They are trying to avoid mail fraud charges by billing through a debt collector who then claims some nonexistnt earlier bill was sent.

I am assuming you got a letter from ACA Recovery.  They haven't been reported to give up so easily for about a year.  They must be feeling some heat.

My company also received a letter from Mr. Cutler on behalf of yellowpagesexpress.com stating we owed $624.99 for service. We had previously been scammed by a nonexistent Yellow Page entity so I immediately called and asked to speak w/ Mr. Cutler and was advised that he was in a meeting but should be available in 5 minutes and would return my call. That was last week and I have yet to hear from him.  I have contacted the FTC and the Attorney Gen. for New Jersey about this shady company.

I suggest anyone who gets one of Mr. Cutler's letter file a complaint with the FTC an AG right away. Maybe if enough complaints are filed we can put an end the the aggrevation caused by the company

My company got the same letter from Mr. Cutler on behalf of yellowpagesexpress.com for the same amount $624.99. i've never even heard of them nor done business with them. I called the number and I was getting an error message that my call could not get thru. I wish I hadn't thinking it was a way of getting our ohone number. Today I got a call from them and I told them that I knew of teir scam and that I googled their company and saw all these complaints and then hung up. I hope that is the end of that.
Where do I file a complaint?

I have received the same letter about yellowpagesexpress.com and filed complaints with all the authorities I could think of: state attorney general, county prosecutor, New Jersey attorney general, FTC and the U.S. Postal Service. I will also send a bill to the collection agency for my time responding in full to their false collection notice to the sum of $180 for 3 hours of my time. The burden of proof should not fall on our shoulders.

If you look up their address on Google Maps, you'll find out it's a UPS drop box. Don't send any money to these scammers.

I recieved a Letter from these [***]'s today 5/3/12, good luck, not going to pay one penny on the scammers. I never authorized this, they want $774.95. Like New Jersey will go out of their jurysdiction to collect on something like this, no lawyer will touch this, unless they are scammers with this company, which then I will turn over to the authorities and have them handle this.
