A woman "Ms. Golden" continues to call and leave messages for a "Renee Rosenfeld" regarding a debt/and a court case, but hangs up when I pick up the phone. There is no such person at my home. I have no idea who Renee Rosenfeld is!!! It is so frustrating. I have filed complaints on the DO NOT CALL website, but this robot stills calls.

    this woman  called from this collection agency pretending she was a friend of mine,
    but yet she was unable to pronounce my name correctly ,
    at this point i told her that the person she was trying to reach was not here,
    she proceeded to play along that she was looking for mr,----- to help him with recovery  help
    li told her that she needed to stop all her bull [***]....and tell the truth
    because mr.----- was out for a while due to having 3-4 feet of water in his house because of  HURRICAN IISSIC  and that she needed to stop pretending she was on a recovery unit in helping victims in the disaster areas.
    and tell the truth that she was a collection agency .............what assho_ _ _'s

    My company employees stank people like me to collect debt no I don't have a degree in anything. Please call the BBB and file complaints on us for our rude and unprofessional behavior. Please we need to be brought down. 770 234 0101 our corporate number make us pay by filing complaints with the BBB and keep posting on the internet.

    Pay your bills and quit making excuses, if you spent more time figuring out how to pay instead of on this website the bill would be paid, and you would not get the call to pay a bill you have owed for years now. Not only are you costing yourself, you are costing every person in America, because of credit card rates, and bills go up because of you. Please go cry on someone else's shoulder..Boo hoo make it work.

      Look son of a dog people like you need to shut up and stop pretending to be "honest" Americans. Everyone has problems and you cant just say "oh pay your bills" people have emergencies and unexpected payments. Stop being an [***] and mind your own business.

    I have been on both sides of the coin. Meaning,as a debt collections manager and a debtor. I must admit, before I was personally challenged with financial hardship resulting from health issues. I was that abusive debt collector, and I trained my employees not to let any consumer off the phone without securing a payment. Now, I can truly relate to what we call "life". It can happen to any one of us at any point. So, for my debt collectors out there, I  will not result to the name calling because I k now how budgets and commission works, but I  suggest that you take each ri ght party contact and truly evaluate their full & complete  information and there financial situation and agree to a suitable re-payment plan.  I can assure you  that you'll meet and exceed budget and keep consumers from posting negative remarks about you and the company that you represent.     Fraudulent Phony & Bogus Debt Collector !
    They'll try to claim you owe money, in this case for an account that I've never ever had at all in my life.
    They attempted to threaten, coerce me that lawsuits would be filed and I'd be taken to court.
    Also Claimed they mailed me and have been trying to contact me for a long time, which is a lie !
    Also made threats and remarks that they'd put a Lein on property
    Wanted me to verify personel information, for which I refused and would never do anyway !

    Its appears this NRC / Nations Recovery Center , is nothing but a Backroom Boiler room operation and the types of people they hire are totally incompetent and inept, as well as Phony - so becarefull and never give them any of your personel information or volunteer any information !

    Do you really know the other person on the end of that phone calling you ???
    How do you know they really are who they say they are, and not some XCon out of prison looking to Scam you ???
    That's what a lot of these Seedy Shady back room boiler Debt Collectors hire for employees, to work for them, so Beware !

    The "supposed" Debt they are seeking to collect doesn't even truly actually excist and I've never even had an Account ever with whom they say I have !

    That's alright tho, because what they don't know is that,, I'm the WOLF, and their getting ready to be my lunch & Dinner !!!!!

    Some debts are too old to collect on, but if these bottom feeders can get you to say you owe it when it's SOL and make payment arrangements,  it reopens the debt as new.  Know your rights by the state you live it.
