I checked my bank account this morning as I do daily. There were THREE new charges to my debit card all starting with DRI* for various amounts. The names sound like video games, I don't even know what they are for, I just know I did not make those purchases.
DRI*KASPERSKY.COM orderfind.com MN  $65.65
DRI*GAMEZONE orderfind.com MN  $32.84
DRI*Electronic Arts eastore.com MN  $32.79
I called my bank immediately to start a fraud claim and to block any additional charges to my debit card. Fingers crossed that I will successfully dispute these charges.

    i check my visa account today,i found a charge 139.95 usd@1.118685=156.56 cdn.......i'm not using Bitdfender since a year because is a scrap,,,my computor broke down since a month. I CLAIM A REFUND RIGHT A WAY if not i gone advice my bank for fraud ......

    I just got my credit card bill today, and noticed this unknown charge on my bill from this DRI*KASPERSKY.COM.  I just googled this and found out about all this complaints.  How can they still charge people with all these complaints already written up.  This should be reported to the FRAUD.  I will ask my credit card company how to go about going after this people.  I will go ahead and cancel my credit card.

    i have bought a security produkt on the 26.01.2015  for 39.95 €. Til today 16.02. i didn´t get the produkt. I think this is no good
    Therefore i can´t recomment the sale-organisation by Kaspersky.

    I received my credit card this month with two supposedly purchases of dri-dri-kas[ersky I don't even know what that is. I have reported it to my bank and want you to take care of these charges. I'm on a fixed income and a widow. I can't afford any thing like this. What a scam. I did have an anti-virus thru Kaspersky but cancelled that. Help

      Hello:

      This company is called Digital River, Inc.  They are a marking firm that uses illegal tactics and hides behind "CORPORATE SKIRTALES".  They are despicable.

      They will send "phishing" emails out which are intended to cheat unsuspecting people who are not technically savy.

      I, who I claim should have known better, fell victim for $69.00.

      However, I did research and demanded resolution.  My refund for $69.00 is being processed.

      Below is the contact information for the person I spoke to and emailed to get my refund.

    They charged the same amount of $129.85 to my credit card and the credit card company said it was a legitimate charge but can not give me any documentation to support their statement. I did not order anything from them and it was the first time I heard of this Orderfind.com business on my  statement. .

    I have just made a member of this club!  I cannot begin to express my rage at these scumbags especially since this has been going on since 2009 (check the posting history.) Actually I am more disgusted with how easy it is to become  a victim of a system that really has very little to no protection for people who want to make a simple online purchase.  Use of credit cards online has to be as stupid as it gets!  It doesn't hit home until it happens to oneself!  There has to be another way rather than playing credit card roulette!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    If you purchased kaspersky internet security program online and downloaded - there is an automatic renewal for the software the following year.  You have to go to your account and cancel under "Account Details".

    This is what they printed on Order Completed - Kaspersky Lab Order online printout.
    How can I cancel Auto Renewal Plan?
    To cancel your Auto Renewal Plan, you can log into "Account Details" and follow the instructions below:
    Enter the Order Number into "Quick Order Look Up" section.  This information is provided in the current email.
    Enter Password which is also provided in the current email.
    Once logged in you will see a Cancel and a Renewal buttons.
    Pressing cancel will stop the Auto Renewal Plan.  Your product will still be active until the subscription expiry date.
    or submit a request to:  "Customer Service"   (located in my.kaspersky.com account)

    The other DIR*Game or DIR*ArtStore e-commerce are either from purchases you made online - Or its a hack or number swiper.
