I ordered Natural Advantage from infamercial. I called rep. and placed order for anti wrinkle creams. On the infomercial it said something about bonus free trial of vitamins. the rep. mentioned it, I stated i did not want. He stated no charge, nothing to lose. I've since been charged 3 times. over 100.00 total now, and have cancelled, they didn't send box vitamins this month, still charged me, and when calling they do nothing.

Dispute fraudulent charges immediately through your bank, under FRB Reg. E for disputing checking account charges via EFT, ACH, or debit card, or under FCBA for credit card disputes, and close your account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges showing on statements dated up to 60 days earlier than your original date of dispute.
Follow up to your bank dispute with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address, and file a fraud and theft complaint with your local police, FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov.
Scammers will generally try to delay you with promises to "investigate", lies about how "you agreed", promises to send a "refund form", and other tactics designed to delay you past the 60 day dispute period where your bank can recover your money. That is why you MUST dispute unauthorized charges immediately through your bank.
I actually like the cream, but it would cost a mint to continue.
Thanks for listening.
How do I bring charges????????????????
C8N4
with other inforercials and had to close bank accounts to stop charges
thank you for the feed back will not order sad because sound like good cream..
an excellent money back return. No scams check it out. I've read a lot of negative reviews about products from infomercials and how they use questionable marketing ploys to decieve consumers. My suggestions would be to never give any company access to your checking account. Don't use a debit card, use a credit card, as you have 60 days to dispute with the credit card companies to help get your money back, if necessary. But, I would stay clear from infomercials and do research on line to see if you can locate the product in question from a store, or company you trust.
Also, you have the right to open the packing slip usually pasted to the outside of the package, to be sure you are returning what you think you are. It might be helpful to copy that invoice, for your records, in case of dispute or later confusion. Be sure to return the packing slip after examining it, and tape the envelope closed again. The best thing is, if you return without opening it is as if it literally never arrived, I'm told by USPO mail carrier.
Above all, monitor your credit card activity (online, so you know about bogus charges as they occur), and if any charge shows up you did not authorize, file a dispute immediately. Personally, I have gotten dispute forms mailed to me in the past and made photocopies (blank, generic, non-specific to a particular charge) so I could get started on any future dispute claim without delay.
I'm SO glad I read this board before ordering; VITAMINS???? Jane Seymour made no mention of vitamins. Whoever suggested asking the operator to "read your order back to you" made lots of sense. I might have to tell them, "this phone call will be recorded for training and quality control purposes" ... so then if needed later (which I doubt, since the Bank or VISA card company are usually reasonable) at least I'd have it on hand.
WHATEVER YOU DO, D-O N-O-T USE YOUR DEBIT CARD ON LINE OR FOR ORDERING BY PHONE!!!!
You'll never be rid of them, and they'll always have your info to charge you much later.
loved the product and did reorder. Unfortunately I used my debit card and they had access to my checking account.I received a shipment I did not order and it was already taken out of my account. I called customer service and said I would keep the product but take me off any auto shipping. Fortunately I changed banks and I didn't have to worry. I felt I was all paid up. I have been receiving collection notices for months now even though I sent them copies of all the proof that I had paid. I Like the product but they will never get a credit card from me again!! BUYER BEWARE!! It's too bad!
