I ordered Natural Advantage from infamercial.  I called rep. and placed order for anti wrinkle creams. On the infomercial it said something about bonus free trial of vitamins.  the rep. mentioned it, I stated i did not want. He stated no charge, nothing to lose.  I've since been charged 3 times. over 100.00 total now, and have cancelled, they didn't send box vitamins this month, still charged me, and when calling they do nothing.

I would definitely order this product.  I have been to the dermatologist and bought high end skin care (obagee, sp?) and used Arbonne and other skin care products.  Natural Advantage is fantasic!  I am 48 yrs old and have tanned all my life.  I have dry skin and sun spots.  I started using the product 2 weeks ago and within days I notice a huge difference in the texture of my skin.  It felt soft and the hydrating eye cream is wonderful. I love the feel of my face after using the cleasing cream.  I have recommended it to my mom who is going to try it.  I haven't had any problems with their customer service and love the fact that they spread out the billing. I did get the firming neck and chest cream and the jar appeared 20% full, but when I called they were more than happy to send me out 2 bottles at no cost and on rush shipping.  I love this product and you will too!!

Thanks for all the information! My husband ran into problems in the past with infomercials continuing to charge our bank account for products and services that we did not receive.  I will not order this product from the infomercial!!

My seventy-something-year-old mother just told me she tried to spend 39.95 on a trial of Natural Advantage by Jane Seymour and she was charged about 190.00.  It really pisses me off to know my senior-citizen mother was preyed upon by late-nite tv infomercials.  However, she paid for it with American Express and they have stopped the charges for her.  Thumbs-down to Jane Seymour's company and thumbs-up to Amex.

Thank you for all your reviews, they are very helpful.  It sounds to me like this might be a good product but companies policy is deceptive.  I wanted to try the product myself and found when I went to the site that it is very clear when you order their products, you are 'agreeing' to multiple shipments at the company's discretion.  I appreciate the advice to check out QVC.  I went there and although the product is more expensive than the 30 day trial offered by Natural Advantage, you can order each product separately and you are not binding yourself to multiple shipments and changes.  I've heard about this business practice happening with other good products like Proactive and BareMinerals.  Both however eventually found their way into my local malls thus making it more convenient to buy what you want when you want it.  The take away is to remember buyer beware and do your research first!

I tried this product before and loved it. As many we try other things always looking for something better. But I am going back to natural advantage. The only one I did not care for is the day mosturiser. But the rest is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!! I saw lines around my eyes disappear. And when I smile my eyes shut so I really had the crows feet. When I first ordered it I canceled the repeats and had no problem. I like to buy when I need it. The cleanser, toner and night cream is my favorite!!!!!!!! After reading this I will go to qvc and order it. I have never had trouble with them. I recommend it!!!

I've been using this product for 8 years now, I am 46 years old and most of my friends says I look so much younger, I started using after I got divorce loose a lot of wight and my face looked terribly tyred, I saw the informacial and order it;  a week after that, my mother notice it immediately and told me I looked very good and since then my mom, my sister and I been using this product. I have never  had a billing problem and I do know it is split in 3 month payments, sometimes I stop the chipments for 6 months if I have enough product and they have always done what I ask them to do, I am very happy with the service and more happy with the results.

I ordered the product, used it for 30 days, my skin broke out soon after I started using and took forever to clear up, I stopped using it and my skin cleared up, it obviously did not work for me. The eye cream burned the skin on my eyes, I called them, they were very sympathetic and sent a different eye cream, but same result, so I couldn't use that. There was no scam, no vitamins, I'm sending the product back. It didn't work for me.

The is the worst rip off ever. TV adds deceptive they say $52.33 for trial of all these products. Then use receive a bill for $159.80 due on your trial order. Then they try and tell you $52.33 was part of 3 payments. How come nobody knows about thes addtional payments. The add clearly states call right now and we will lower the price from $172.18 not to 120.00 not to 90.00 but to $52.33 and we will throw in these extra gifts and no charge. Do fall for this I wonder if Jane Seymour knows how they do business. I don't think she would be the spokeswoman anymore. Or I hope not. I'm sure someone will file a class action lawsuit eventually.

Rip off, scam etc.. BUYERS BEWARE
I ordered the product and it is a great skin care line: WOW, Here’s the catch… It is a SCAM. If you purchase the product from the infomercial, they do not tell you it’s a 3 month supply (for $159.00) and they automatically bill you. They claim they have to document when a customer calls and cancels, from what I read above, they aren’t documenting the requests for cancelation. They say you have 60 days to return the item, but I liked it so I did not return it. They do not tell you if you don't return the product they will continue to bill you every month. They sent me another box on 7/13/12 and the bill inside was $209.00. They can't even decide how much the product costs!  I called my bank: they are refunding my money and investigating these people. It's my understanding the product is being sold by QVC. At least they have a return policy and you have a choice of automatic ordering. I will write to every consumer advocacy website I can find so these people will be put out of business.  BUYERS BEWARE

I am still amazed at how many people fall for these infomercials after all these years. All it takes is a click of a mouse to investigate these things. There is no such thing as a free trial. If you're giving your credit card number, you're going to get charged. They will charge you even if you cancel during the trial period. It's all a way to get ahold of your money. And NEVER buy something because a celeb is hawking it. That's a sure fire way of knowing its all a bunch of hype.

    never again
I also ordered Natural Advantage and was scammed.  Was told that the 34.95 for one month and that if I liked it they would continue to send billing me monthly.  Well, when I opened the package I soon realized that they had ALREADY sent me a four month supply so unless I planned on sending it back (which I did!!), I would have owed them more up front.  When I called the guy gave me the same bull and said I misunderstood.  When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said he would have one call me.  Never happened.  So I just looked at my credit card statement to see if I had been credited yet - I had - BUT they charged me the same amount AGAIN right before they credited me.  So in actuality, I had never been credited the original amount.  When I called he first said he saw that I had been credited and then said oh, well, te notes say here some of the contents were missing.  When I told him that is absolutely NOT true, he said, ok, I'll take your word for it.  I think they will say whatever they can to fool you and I believe 100% that they knew what they were doing when they charged me a second time - three days before they credited me.  I would NEVER suggest anyone buy from this company!!  Very sad that Jane Seymour has chosen to have her name connected with such a dishonest business.  I will not view her the same.

its a club program you know, they offer a trial but its at a much higher price. you need to call and cancel within the 30 day period in order to not get your next shipment sent out. Its all in the fine print on the invoice they send you.

Total scam. I was told one thing when ordering."You can get a trial size for one price. You will not have to pay anymore." Then the charges kept coming in on my credit card. Every month for four mouths. Dishonest company. Don't use.
