Received a call from an individual named Bobby Webster 702 421-5036. He had what sounded like an India accent. Told me I was 1 of 3 lucky winners in Maryland/West Virginia and won 2.5 million and a new car. Wants me to go to Walmart, CVS or Wallgreens and get a UPS delivery card for $200.00. he wanted me to go ASAP then call him back so that he could describe the card to me so I purchased the right card. Said he was from Publisher Clearing House /Walmart. Scary thing is he had a lot of personnel info about me and my wife.

I just received a scam via Facebook. I was asked for my number so an agent can call me to go over the requirements (purchasing a scratch off card from WalMart or Walgreens for $299.99 to get CCN #). I gave the number for our local police department (administrative office). I can't believe there are people who would really fall for this scam.

I been getting phone call every day since the April- 22 -2014 they tell me I've won 1 million dollars and and lap top and that April 30 they be at my home with the super prize of 7,000 a week for life I'm getting happy and excited until he said you no worry you don't have to worry about anything I need to go get a green card this is not a funny situation to pch need to do something about this or give my kids and I something it's emotional distress.

Call came in from Jamaica. Guy claimed he was Robert Richman from publishers clearing house. I mentioned something about calling from Jamaica and he said that he was calling from a satellite phone and he was in the United States. He had me write down this telephone number to reach him at 415 429 2670. He then claimed I would have my 1.5m dollar check in 35 minutes at my door. I also was supposed to have a 2014 Mercedes Benz. He claimed his company was from sanfransisco and the check would be signed from Donald trump. He claimed I was getting 25,000 in a sliver brief case today also. He hung up to "talk to the FBI" and then called me back from a number without caller ID. He said I was going to be on the air to tell America my name and where I live in 3..2...1.... And I said "wait. You should have my name and address if you're thirty minutes from my house with a check." The guy said "you're on the air! Just say your name and city!" I told him no and he hung up very promptly. XD

Jamaican # I was offered 3.5 Million and a Mercedes. Meanwhile, I was researching the phone number and came across a few links that told of their scam. I asked him why Ed McMan (sp) wasn't going to be at my door and he replied, oh he will be there too. Then I asked when he was going to ask me to send him money and he hung up.

A man by the name of David King said I won 6.5 million dollars and a new car he got mad at me when I asked him to send me legal papers to look at before I send him money. He said he was from Publishers Clearing House. He wanted me to send him 500 dollars when I asked him to send me 500 and I would send him a 1000 he hung up.

Also watch out for a Maxine Henry that suppose to deliver the check and a Mr. David Anderson that is suppose to be financial advisor. Mr. Baker left a phone number of 206 426-4644.

Just got a call from a Dave Copper saying I won 2.5 million and a car...He also stated the cash would arrive on a brinks truck followed by state marshals..He then stated I would be on the local news or I could stay anonymous..I played along with him knowing it was a scam! HE then said I would need to Western union the money $550.93 to pay off taxes and if I wanted to stay anonymous it would be an extra $450 to cover legal fees.. I told him YES Im going after work to Western Union! and I acted super excited! he was laughing with me also!! lmao..I love playing back with these guys!

I received a call this morning from Mr. David Kennedy who said he was with PCH! He called me on my cell phone not my home phone which is the number registered with PCH! He told me I had won 2.5 million dollars! He asked if I wanted a public or private announcement! He then told me the ' company' had already taken care of fixing up for the taxes! But he then went on to tell me I had to go to western Union to pick up my invitation so that I had it when he got here and that I needed $255 for insurance & liability for the delivery! He told me he was in Martinsville, Virginia on his way to my home! When I told him I did not have $250 he started screaming at me! And when I asked why he was screaming at me he said he was not and proceeded to ask when I would have the money! He told me I had his number 876-886-1490 when I got the money! He also told me not to tell anyone about my winnings! So I decided to check him out and that is when I found this site!

Got a scam call from Mr.John Baker pretending to be calling for a winning amount of $850,000.00. Knows where I live. Wanted $499.00 to have Maxine Henry to bring me the check. Publisher Clearing Hpuse never calls you. Publisher Clearing House just shows up. PCH never asks for money to obtain your winnings. The scam number: (206) 426-4644
Correction in post: House mistyped. One more scam would be for any treasury department mention or taxes. People be careful.

My mom got almost the same call #876-384-6557. this time the name used was Micheal Adams, and that she won 2.5 million and a Mercedes-Benz all she had to do is send $395 Western Union. They also told her that Walmart & Walgreens are goin to pay 95% of the taxes on the money and the car. The other number given is 526-275-7182.
