Just had to file a claim for a accident in which my husbands finger might be cut off from the first knuckle.  ER tried to verify coverage on Sat. and the offices are all closed thank goodness because if they would of known the insurance company was only paying $50.00 things might of turned out different.  Dr.s office tried to verify coverage on Monday and they were closed again as they are on Eastern time and we live in Ca.  But there again they only pay $50.00 a dr's visit for the first 3 appointments and then they are done.  They do cover $100.00 a day while you are in the hospital for 5 days and then you are on your own.  So if you add this all up it comes to $700.00 in total per year is all they cover.  We are paying $306.80 per month for this coverage I think that would be considered a rip-off.  They never did send us our paperwork showing coverage and in our busy schedules and sicknesses I didn't realize we never got it so it is our fault as much as theirs but at least we have been honest in paying our bill every month and we are only out $1839.00 for a month to month plan which we had no idea that is what it was.  Please do not do business with this company they are a total rip-off!!!!

    I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! This company needs a class action lawsuit filed. I am in debt about 5k from and ER visit and wellness pediatrician visits. Coverage was never what they said. If anyone wants to file a lawsuit, count me in!

      Hi I would also like to file a lawsuit after what they put me thru in one day I cried from the whole ordeal. I enrolled on a Friday and Monday I called to cancel and they gave the run around for a whole day I had to close my bank card so they don't withdraw but that is pending still. Last lady told me she cancel plan for me but she didn't give me a confirmation number just an email saying to take a survey so fishy if you ask me. I just want my money back after only been with them for four days

        Did you get a refund on your bill after you cancelled? I just stupidly signed up with this company and now i want to try to get my charge refunded and hopefully the policy permenantly cancelled  with no additional charges

      I had also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which went no where.  I was totally suck into their scam as well.  I now owe the hospital $168,000, because they refused to pay anything saying I had a pre-existing condition which was not the case at all.  I sent them all of the medical records they asked for and received nothing in return.  I'm now looking into lawyers.

        Wow... unbelievable.. I am so sorry that happened to you.. they just got me today but I caught on and used my credit card to pay, so after they didn't send me what the coverages were and charged my card I went online and found all of you... sickening... to think they would do this to people.  I disputed the charge on my credit card, had them issue me a new card so they cannot continue to charge my account, and hopefully, I won't be out the $499.99 that they are in the process of trying to take from my card.  I should have known better when I could hear all the background noise and someone dropping the f bomb...as well as how overly excited the woman was on the other end about my being approved and lastly the guy in the background saying, "did she get approved and shouting congrats"... seriously .. .what company conducts themselves that way??????

    I have to agree that things were not explained. It was more of a sales pitch. Once I realized this is a supplemental I canceled. I will say this though. Every time I called to have it explained it always sounded good. The calls were always answered. Staff was always pleasant. Emails were always answered. When I asked for a refund, within 3 days I got it. Buyer beware. Know what you are getting. SCAM is a stretch.

    Total rip-off. Do not trust them. They will let you sign up, take your money knowing a lot of areas are not covered. When you canel your credit card they will use it and say too late can’t give your money back.

    A TRUE LEGAL THEFT
    The sales team lies to you on coverage ammounts, not sorcifying if per cs, trimester, year.
    They lie about the deductible ammount.
    All this over the phone.
    Then i read the e-sign docs, and they seem right however missing the key info that makes them liable for legally ripping you off.
    So this way you get to loose your money after you pay them, even after I called 3 hospitals in they l told me of the very little or no coverage allowed from this company through them.
    I called the company to get refund, they said to reinburse me in 4 days and email me confirnation right away BUT They Did Not.
    All their pages or emails are signed by HGA or something like this, but NO NAMES or Titles on the representatives.
    The Florida office, called TOBYAS & Ass...
    Received my call and the moment  i said inhave called to confirm the reinbursment (4 days after i signd), the man answering the phone change to an serious attitude, did not care to ask why or the reason.....and proceeded to say" you have  e signed" now we will dispute back" "have a nice day" and he hunged up on me.
    The funny part: this person could never tell who i was on the phone, nor my number neither my name or claim.....his atitude was immediate as he probably is getting this phone calls daily.
    I will get my money anyway, but not everyone does.

    I have a pending charge from them on my account right now. Has anyone been able to successfully be refunded by them? This is a nightmare!

    I just enrolled a month ago as well. I sent an email on November 30th that hasn’t been responded to and I spoke to a customer service representative several days before and instead of removing the brand name prescription like I asked, all of the prescription coverage was removed. I repeated my request to him and verified that not all coverage would be removed. SMDH!

    Well, ive been hung up about 4 times now, still waiting to speak to someone. Every place in my area doesnt take this insurance, even though i asked them muitlple times before purchasing this insurance does it cover my area i live. The person said oh yes they do no worries. Blah blah blah. So im here reading all this as well. Im very upset about it. Im about yo go change my bank info as well. Because im not paying money for skmething i can not use nor even talk to someone about my coverage. Its lkke every single time i start to talk i get hungup on. Ridiculous

    I think what happened to my husband, is he needed insurance, but we could not pay any really high premiums so we good sucked into this.  Money completely wasted.

    Adroit needs to be sued! Class action law suit pending? I'm in! agree with everything everyone wrote except that they canceled me today. I was never told this was a health share program, no guarantee of payment?! Who does that? INSURANCE FRAUD!!!!
