Received in mail supposedly a free training video; with instructions to read material then login with your reservation code found on the envelope
only to be told you are now eligible to become a platinum member for locating HUD properties due for refunds.  None of the so called promises or
products really work.  All I am asking for at this point is the money Smart
Tools has scammed from me in the amount of $148.94 refunded.  Location: My Smart Tools, 5120 W. Overland Rd #178, Boise, ID 83705, telephone 1-866-798-0432.

    I too received this packet, and I was trying it, yet as the "KnowMrNo" stated, Customer service is rediculous. You are told to call with questions or even email which is supposed to be faster. Well, Customer Service is terrible, emailing takes 2 days to get an answer on something and even then, its 1 line and short. No explaining, No nothing!
    They just want your money every month and to hell with us processors. I quit and I disputed the last monthly charge as it was really aggrevating and none of the clients answer you when you send letters.
    I treated this as my own little business, but after a year of it, and not being able to get help when I needed it, I dropped it as it was costing me more than I was making which all I made in 1 year's time was $150.00...NOT worth it, dont waste your time and money.

    I am glad that I read the reviews on this smart tools as I received my package today. From the time I talked to them they jumped there monthly membership from $39.95 to $59.95 thats $20.00 in a few days. So I am not going to sign up with them. Thank you people for your info on the company.

    I just recieve my smart tool mail and I am deeply discourage after reading this blog. So am I going to start processing refunds? What do you think?

    I just received the package and I watched the video, it sounds like a lot of work to track people down and spend your money mailing all those letters, but its a hit or miss in the end nothing is really guarantee including your paycheck, should I join or will be another scam in the long run?

      I am waiting for some grants on Social security, if thats possible that's was the only solution, for the Smart Tools training better for that purpose. Better adjusted for the money count. That would be very much appreciated. Solve me and my solitud !  Appreciate it. Hollabalou.

      my daughter just received the smart tools package in the mail.  but as it turns out she is working 16 hors a day 6 days a week.  so she ask me to look into this for her.  I am very skeptical.  can you not get this info free from hud.  it seems that there are a lot of pro's and con's to this program.  someone please give me some more info on this.  is it really worth her time.  the little time that she has?

      I have bee n waiting for so long ans still haven't gain my fully n rights social security doesn't
      stabilize me much. My account is not at it's purpose receiving on weekly timing as allowed. It's fun processing refund approved of service that is promise thats all. Is that a deal.
