*Complaint Against STC AL-JAWAL SERVICE.*

Dear Sir
This is to draw your attention towards the way STC Al-JAWAL Company representatives treats their customer.
I have been loyal customer to STC Al-JAWAL for the last TEN years. Recently I have changed package from Post Paid to Prepaid after one month efforts.
It was 24th April, when I got the new SIM from STC office. The executive in the office assured me that the new SIM shall start working just after one hour. It remained dead for two days and then I again managed to visit STC office and requested to take corrective measures. He tried calling here & there and smartly asked me to wait just for another day. It shall be okay & working. It never came true and then I got success to get help line 902 representative and he could manage to open my incoming but outgoing was still is a big fix. Today is 6th day and my outgoing is still block and I cannot recharge and I cannot make outgoing call. Whenever I dial 902, I have to increase my patience level because every time auto tape is running and when it connecting to representative, it again starts telling whole of STC Jawal packages and consume minimum 10 minutes. The representative replies that your complaint to technical has been forwarded and there is no answer from there and what I can do? When I asked to give me some manager number they give me fax number 8003030902. My problem is still existing and there is only one way to get rid of my problem that I go chonich and throw Al-JAWAL SIM into deep sea forever.
This has been ridiculous. This is too stressing for me. It's not easy for me to switch over to a new number. I have been using this number for the last TEN years and this is very important for me to have this number.
The company all of sudden can't behave so irresponsible.
Please help me out....

I want to comfirm about call phone from stc was call me.he said,I'm the winner of money 200.000 SAR.so many times was call me he said ''my number on backside of simcard'' then I'm open my simcard its correct,then he said '' you are call to your family of this number n with your recarge 10,10,20'' I tell yes.that is correct,n then he said ''will come messege to you from stc to give you password''after that there is messege from stc n password writing there.then he asking about my account number n no iqama,but i didnt give,I'm still not belive if I'm the winner,please,who have this phone number 055013517?he is tell me from stc manager.n please reply to my phone number 0530017109 thank you.

I used al jawal simcard #0506012703. Iqaema#2268224066. My problem that lost 3 saudi riyal every 3 day found A message I dont no any program activating please stop this servce

Still my problem is not been solved by the STC and Humbly i request to solve my problem and I don’t have enough time to visit the STC office frequently.
