We are receiving continuing phone calls claiming to collect a debt for Retro Fitness.  We do not owe Retro Fitness and when we try to get answers from the gentlemen on the phone about where they are located they hang up.  We called our Fitness Center and they advised us of the billing company they use and it is not Vitelity LLC 856-879-6033.  They have called three times in one day and dont even speak english!

    Probably a phony debt collection scam.

    Many such overseas scammers use Vitelity LLC for VoIP access to U.S. suckers.  Some alter their caller id information to whatever they want to appear, and others just default to "Vitelity LLC".

    Just received a phone call from Vitelity LLC saying we owe money to a payday loan company based out of Michigan...I live in Nevada. They said we owe $5,000 dollars for a loan WE NEVER RECEIVED! They went so far as to say they are sending a sheriff to our door tomorrow morning to pick me up and take me to jail if I don't give them $5,000. I am calling the police.

    I  get these calls all the time, upto 5 a day. I owe no one money, am credit card debt free! The next time they call, I will scream into the phone.  Don't care who's on the other side.

    I work for a realty company that my parents own and lately I have been getting the phone calls of an over seas guy asking for random peopole. At first I told them no. Then after the 20th call I told him none of the people that he is calling for are here and i asked to be removed from the list and he told me to "SHUT UP" "SHUT UP AND "SHUT UP". I lost it after that and now im on the search. The calls go straight to my boss now.

    I received one of these calls at work said they were FED EX and were going to deliver a package- my receptionist forwarded the call when i picked up- they hung up and i called the number back and got a spanish recording...name is VITELITY, LLC (214) 377-5991- so do not answer phone if you can see this on your caller id....

    We have received various calls from these numbers stating that my husband owes a payday loan of 18,000 dollars and that tomorrow at 11am they were going to see him in court for these charges of theft, writting bad checks and that they were going to notify his job so that they would get paid. We are calling the POLICE to notify them of these alligations and will be contacting our Lawyer for further prosecution against these people. This situation has gone over board and will be looking for these people to be put behind bars and for them to pay for the disturbing time that my husband and I have just gone through.

    I received 10 calls from "Vitelity,LLC" 1 850 8074893, stating that they are a health survey> These calls from Aug 1 to Aug 21.

    Caller ID shows 516-301-5920 for Vitelity, LLC.  I didn't pick it up since I knew it was spam.

    Vitelity, LLC comes up on the caller ID for our business.  The caller claims they are calling regarding charges to our AT&T account.  Funny thing is we don't use AT&T...  
    As soon as I tell them that, they hang up.  

    This has got to be some scam.  We are getting dozens of calls from them daily and it's pretty damn annoying.

    Same for me -- when I asked a question they hung up -- I wonder how they got my phone number -- creepy.

    How can this entity get away with this? I am blocking now all of these numbers (wrote them down) and do not answer any call that I do not recognize, I got one from Vitelity LLC last week and blocked it, anyone that does not leave a message is blocked. Love this feature of the phone

    Received 3 calls today from Vitelity, LLC using 321-549-6379  They hang up after 2 rings.  One caller with a horrible accent I couldn't understand actually left a message about furthering my education.  I guess the "do not call list" doesn't always work.

    It seems these [***] have many different phone numbers that they use, but most report on caller ID has Vitelity, LLC. If you our a person that's above board on being a responsible credit card holder and pay your bills, you may be a target for these [***]. My fix is to monitor my calls and send them straight to my fax machine. I have had a 95% of all soliciting calls stopped!

    We received Call today from Vitelity, LLC 201-402-6120 . Wife Answered then caller was asking for Ebay listing Problem. She replied , send email through ebay. Period. After that there is no ebay email, nothing from Ebay. Its Spam call. BEWARE.
