We are receiving continuing phone calls claiming to collect a debt for Retro Fitness.  We do not owe Retro Fitness and when we try to get answers from the gentlemen on the phone about where they are located they hang up.  We called our Fitness Center and they advised us of the billing company they use and it is not Vitelity LLC 856-879-6033.  They have called three times in one day and dont even speak english!

    got a call from 516-301-5920...Vitelity. Claimming they are calling on behalf of EMPIRE to save me money on my Con Edison and National Grid accounts.  Sounds phishy to me as one is an energy company and the other is a gas.  First question they asked is for my account numbers without explainging furhter.

    Just recieved a call from this company.  Tried to call back, get a ring then a busy signal. They are a scam company Don't answer if its from 7048173725

    Got another call from Vitelity phone #727-290-4747 who wanted me to lower my PSEG bill...only needed a copy of my past bill to look at the bottom for some info.  He was told the last time by my husband that he would confer with me.  This time I told him I would confer with my husband...guy got very impatient and hung up on me.  OBVIOUSLY, ANOTHER SCAM IN THE MAKING!!!

    I got a call on Friday Nov. 4 from Vitelity LLC from 201 402 6133. They are using different numbers. Beware.

    Vitelity is a internet phone provider. Clearly the caller ID is not showing the 'real' caller. It's like your caller id showing "ATT" - no way to identify the problem.

    EVERYONE SHOULD FILE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM & SOMEONE SHOULD START A CLASS ACTION SUIT WHICH MIGHT BE DIFFICULT SINCE THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY "FLY BY NIGHT"

    We was s victim of this vitelity llc claiming that was our grandson. He said that he was in Barcelona , Spain for a vacation with his friends and got trouble a car accident. He said that he don't want to let the family know of what happen to him and asking he needs money so my husband send him via western union $ 2,300 out of the window after he said he will call when he recieve until then he call again asking more do my husband he want to make it sure , do he call his grandson thought his cellphone . His grandson said no I'm not I'm in California  so my husband realize that wasn't his grandson is SPAM Vitelity LLC do we lost out $ 2,300 out of the window this morning.

    Just got a call from Vitelity, LLC. (4/23/12)  did not answer.  Using a 201 exchange.

    Got one today from same at the number 850-462-1602. I answered with Hello, I got what sounded like a computer system that said goodbye and hung up. I tried to call the number back and all it does is continue to ring. No one ever answers the phone. Tried multiple times and then looked up the name on good and it lead me to here. I'm glad I didn't get any scam attempts, and that I am now aware of the name, so I can forward the info on to my friends and family.

    From the number 850-807-4655. Tried to call the number but it is always busy and identified as Vitelity, LLC.

    Received a call from someone impersonating our grandson asking for money for an injury sustained in Mexico. It was shocking at first because he sounded just like our grandson. However, reason took over and we asked why he was in Mexico, since he had just started a job in San Francisco. And, by the way, why didn't you call your mother? The call ended abruptly.

    Why hasn't this company been cited and the harassment receiving publicity? Googling the company identifies them, but with a sketchy explanation of what they do.

    Got the call today on a new cell phone line and it read as Vitelity llc (858)524-5117. called the number back after they hung up and it was a per-recorded message from a sales guy named "Greg" trying to solicit some muscle building drug...Scam for sure
