I am being charged Rs.5 since several months for a service I dont need. There is no way I can deactivate. Any attempt to deactivate through SMS gives an 'INVALID' response. please stop the service immediately and reverse the charges. There is no validation code seen below most of the time; this is a cheating fradulent service.

    PLease deactivate AD 54321- FULLTRACK IPLAYER_5 subscription service from Airtel charging Rs 5.0 everyday and also TIPS BY YUVRAAJ_10 subscription service from Airtel charging Rs. 10.0. I have not subscribed any of these, but I am getting charged frequently. Please deactivate both. My phone number is 9945126903

      Just got off the phone with their customer care agent.

      Call 12116 and then select option 3,1,1 in that order.

    I am facing the same problem of activation of FULLTRACK IPLAYER _5.customer care says he can't see any such message on my number and hasn't deactivated it.please help to stop this service on 9622099787

        What is this... most of people are facing this issue and customer care excutives don;nt know anything about wthis app and how its get subscribed.

        Just want to ask this, airtel has started the new way to make money from customer?

      Airtel FULLTRACK IPLAYER wrong deduction:

      Kind Attention to all Airtel Customer Service Executives.

      This is with regard to Balance Deduction towards FULLTRACK IPLAYER

      My Airtel Mobile Number is 9600908524.

      All my top up amounts were taken without my knowledge and I was not informed about anything.

      I recharged Rs.100 on 29.02.2012. Rs 80 added in my account. next day whole amount has gone.

      Again on 10.03.2012 I recharged Rs.100 and  Rs 80 added in my account. next day the amount has gone.

      I try to contact the customer care executive by calling 198. But of no use. I was about to switch to another network or through this sim in Coovum river.

      On 13.04.2012 I called they said "You have Activated FULLTRACK IPLAYER sir and for which every day Rs,5 will be deducted from your account. I was surprised to hear this. I asked them and enquired about what is FULLTRACK IPLAYER. They are not able to provide me what the service was.

      They are not sure how this service was activated. i didn't activate a service which the customer care executives themselves not aware. But they claimed I activated the service.  

      After calling the customer care executives, they had informed as usual my account was not undated and they will get back with sms.

      Now I am in dilemma to rechrge or not. My balance is only Rs.0.27. Suppose if I recharge they will taken the amount form my account. So My Airtel My Offer is to keep and use my mobile only for INCOMING...!

      I dodnt know when my airtel peaople resolve this issue and return my amount to my account.

      i am being charged Rs 20 for downloading song from Airtel Live WAP, but i haven't subscribe any service, still they had charged.. i had talked to executive officer and they told that the problem was resolved, still i didn't got my balance. Moreover in the past days i was also charged Rs 5 per day for fulltrack-5 subscription, where it was also related to same problem..., in total my balance of Rs 35 was deducted for no reason. Moreover airtel has been ranked as no.1 service brand in economic times brand equity ' Most Trusted Brands Survey 2012'. But i am not getting that credit. If this has to continue i have to change my sim as i had been charged for no reason. I am from dehradun. So please kindly take some action as sooon as possible. I am very disappointed.
