I am being charged Rs.5 since several months for a service I dont need. There is no way I can deactivate. Any attempt to deactivate through SMS gives an 'INVALID' response. please stop the service immediately and reverse the charges. There is no validation code seen below most of the time; this is a cheating fradulent service.

What is this... most of people are facing this issue and customer care excutives don;nt know anything about wthis app and how its get subscribed.

This is with regard to Balance Deduction towards FULLTRACK IPLAYER
My Airtel Mobile Number is 9600908524.
All my top up amounts were taken without my knowledge and I was not informed about anything.
I recharged Rs.100 on 29.02.2012. Rs 80 added in my account. next day whole amount has gone.
Again on 10.03.2012 I recharged Rs.100 and Rs 80 added in my account. next day the amount has gone.
I try to contact the customer care executive by calling 198. But of no use. I was about to switch to another network or through this sim in Coovum river.
On 13.04.2012 I called they said "You have Activated FULLTRACK IPLAYER sir and for which every day Rs,5 will be deducted from your account. I was surprised to hear this. I asked them and enquired about what is FULLTRACK IPLAYER. They are not able to provide me what the service was.
They are not sure how this service was activated. i didn't activate a service which the customer care executives themselves not aware. But they claimed I activated the service.
After calling the customer care executives, they had informed as usual my account was not undated and they will get back with sms.
Now I am in dilemma to rechrge or not. My balance is only Rs.0.27. Suppose if I recharge they will taken the amount form my account. So My Airtel My Offer is to keep and use my mobile only for INCOMING...!
I dodnt know when my airtel peaople resolve this issue and return my amount to my account.
