I am being charged Rs.5 since several months for a service I dont need. There is no way I can deactivate. Any attempt to deactivate through SMS gives an 'INVALID' response. please stop the service immediately and reverse the charges. There is no validation code seen below most of the time; this is a cheating fradulent service.

    Airtel the biggest 420 in the market among all service providers. Although they say it customer care but their way of talking. Oh god cheap and certainly Airtel authority people also just never listen. The recordings. Or maybe it's their policy too. Makhanmalai and iPlayer how they subscribed me and then no way it's like ghosts. Stuck. My number is 7898218178.     Can anyone explain me what this value added service FULL TRACK IPLAYER? I didn't activate anything but I was deducted more than 100rs. When I  asked the customer care they simply said that I have added this service.Usually VAS will get activated only if we request any service using the SMS from the mobile number but I didn't sent any messages like that.Also customer care employee said that he will able to deactivate this service. If they can able to deactivate this service then why they did't know how it got activated????? without their knowledge how can a third party service can get activated ???? I was totally frustrated...

    Hai guys am Anujith p sahuji from kerala i was not aware of this "FULL TRACK IPLAYER" subscribed to my no 9567130234 it was just actived we can deactivate this by dialing *121# and stop service then select the FULL TRACK IPLAYER.. any way dear AIRTEL plz make sure that u r customers have a great value we liked u r service it doest mean that we wont change the connection plz make sure that supid service which we dont need is activated to our no: ..

    I have been charged Rs. 5 for full track service, that was not ordered or authorised by me. I would like airtel to stop this system of making jo tera money hai wo airtel ka hai, like in their slogan and would like airtel to void this fraudulant fulltrack services charge made due to my no 9845684477 and start looking for honest ways of making money.

        yes it works.you have to write service option No.like 1,2,3.... only in reply and not the name of
        service.

    I am receiving the FULLTRACK IPLAYER_5 SMS from AT-ARINF, I have been charged by Airtel without my consent and I have NEVER subscribed for this service.

    Can you unsubscribe this ridiculous service at once? I never expected such a mistake from such a esteemed company like Airtel.

    I sent multiple emails to airtelpresence@in.airtel.com in this regard. Please refund my money.

    Please deactivate the airtel Iplayer services. With out intimating me it got activated. I have dailed to *121# and try to deactivate it. But it is saying invaled option. Kindly deactivate this service from my mobile

      You can go to create msg >type STOP >send it to 155223> on receiving answer again select suitable options like 1, 2, 3....and send it in reply.

    They charge Rs 5 for iPlayer at 1.04.
    I deactivate by calling airtel they confirm me by sms but at 1.13 they charge again Rs5 for downloading kareena5
