I authorized only $1.97 debit from my account for a Grant CD. However, BSM Grant Search Assistant charged me twice $39.95 in December again in January. I did not authorize any further debits from my account.

    Their number is 866-370-7270 I was charged as well and I absolutely didn't give permission to take $39.95 from my account.

    Has anyone been refunded their money? That charge caused an overdraft fee on my account theres another 35 dollars

    Do not go with this company. bad news!!! took 39.95 rom my account, got that refunded than a few days later 7.95 was taken out. going to call and have a few choice words needless to say.

    So you actually got someone to answer your phone, and someone else got a refund - then I'm going to keep trying. I want my money back! I still have gotten th CD that I originally purchased.

    I just checked my account this morning and also was hit with a $7.95 charge.  I contacted my bank and have had my check card blocked.  The customer service rep asked if I remembered doing anything online on Friday, 2/8/08, I explained to her that I wasn't even online on Friday.  I tried the 800 number listed by Mike above and it's a conferencing telephone number.  The 330 number I just received a recording to leave a message.  No Way!  Then they wind up with more of my info...If I get any resolution I'll post it here for all...

    It has happen to me as well. How do you get in contact with this company. I don't want to have my bank account closed because I have numerous payments and deposits going that account.

    I received my bank statement, and I notice you withdraw $39.95 form my account.  I never authorize this transaction.

    Call 1.866.370.7270 and demand they cancel any service you allegedly signed up for and they will give you a cancellation number.  Then request a full refund, and they will give you a refund number.  I had the same problem and called the number that appeared on my bank statement by the charge.  They refunded all the money and deleted my information from their system, never to contact me again.  GOOD LUCK!

    same situation,  I recently received the $7.95 charge for a service I have not authorized. I am going to call this evening and demand a refund and removal from what ever this service is.

    i called the phone number mentioned above and spk w/ a nice service representative.  she cancelled the 3 open accounts that money has been taken from my cking acct.  she then stated the charges they made to my account would be replaced in my checking.  cancellation confirmation numbers were given to me on all 3 deductions.

    Don`t know how they got my credit card number.They charge me for BSM/grant,GROWINGRICH W/GOGGLE,NETWORKAGENDA.COM, There all the same company BEWARE.

    Getting online is a blessing and a curse. I just found out BSM charged my account $39.95. BSM is a ripe-off and being mislead like this is not appreciated. I will take action ASAP.

    I ordered the $1.99 cd. got the cd, but checked the account today (Saturday) and the $39.95 was taken out. I called number, but not open on weekend. I will call again Monday to cancel, and demand money back.
