I was recently charged with the same thing, I have Wells fargo and they have been great in helping with this, I reported them to the BBB, and I have tried emailing and calling them with a no go on each, everytime I email them I get a response from gmail saying my email has been delayed due to the fact that the email I am writing to does not accept incoming mail

My account is one of many that this happened to. They withdrew money at the same time a check was processing and so my check did not clear, now I am freaking out because I don't want to get into trouble about writing a bad check. I hope my bank will help me out but I'm afraid they wont. I called the # on zeal website and ended up wasting 45 minutes of my day on hold.

They pulled this scam on me too last week. i filed a claim against them with my bank and just got a letter today stating the bank won't take action because it was a legal ACH transaction. How is it legal when I didn't authorize ir. Any ideas what else to try since my bank doesn't want to back me??
File a complaint against your bank with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, at www.occ.gov In addition file theft and fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the Utah AG.
In the mean time, move your business to a better bank. If every scam operation that decides to use ACH for fraudulent charge cramming can count on your bank's help, then your bank is leaving your account wide open to theft.
That's usually what cramming scams are set up to do. Notify your bank that the charges are fraudulent, and shut down the account.

Here it is Sunday evening and I check my account just to find out that I too was a victim of fraud from ZEAL! I am promptly calling my bank in the morning and let them know that I did NOT authorize this company to take any money from my account. I will attempt to call this "ZEAL" company to find out how they got my information. I'm praying that it is taken care of because I am a mother of five children with two who attend college and definitely cannot afford any money taken out of my account. After reviewing all of the complaints on the web about this company I do not see why it has not been stopped by now! #FURIOUS
In addition to disputing through your bank, and shutting down your account, file fraud and theft complaints with FTC, your state AG, the Utah AG, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

Myself like others on here did the dumb"get a loan online deal" like the others they hit me for 29.95 for something I did not authorize. I called my bank and I have to wait for Tuesday after the holiday to dispute this I will def. Be shutting down this account. I also had a deposit from hydra fund another fraudulant company trying to deposit 250 in my account without authorization. If my bank( j.p. morgan chase) will not back me I will change to a bank that feels a person rights and privacy shouldn't be violated.

WHEN I CHECKED MY SAVINGS ACCT. TODAY I FOUND OUT I WAS 35 DOLLARS OVERDRAWN BECAUSE ZEAL MONEY SOLUTION TOOK 29.95 FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION; I CALLED MY BANK'S COMPLAIN PHONE # TOLD ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED; MY BANK WAS NICE ENOUGH TO REVERSE THE OVERDRAFT FEE AND BLOCK ZEAL FROM TAKING ANYMORE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.
