I was guaranteed my son could use this service.  the prison rules forbid cons call home, its considered call forwarding  if they get caught they are in trouble for using the service  cons call home promise me my money back since jan  its all lies they are not giving me my money back  i want them out of bussiness and the top peoplke in jail

    I am also in your shoes, call the BBB in Florida and the attorney general in your state and report them, they did send me a email saying that I was getting a refund but have not got it yet and it was not for all the moneys I paid them, I waited for 3 months for them to rip me off and to beat it all I talk to a prison official in my state he told me that they knew that there services were not aloud so please call and report them no matter what is owed to you they can not keep doing this to people

    this company has taken almost fifty dollars from in the time frame has been almost three months.several times ive spoken with almost all reps in the company none the less no supervisor to make complaint to based on these complaints this company should be shut down ...... after finding out that my spouse was in the local area  i canceled within 24 hrs still wasnt able to get back monies due to me..............FRAUD!!!!! MILLCORP COMPANY IS  A FRAUD................... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TAKING MONIES AND THEN GIVING THE RUN AROUND FROM REFUNDS.....

      My son is in federal prison in NJ and has been using this service now since Sept/Oct.  I have not had any of the problems that the others have mentioned in their conversations. I call monthly to pay my fee and talk to my son like always.  I was not aware it was against any prison policies

      I paid 140.00 in August to Cons get conned, and they knew my son could not use the service.  They keep promising me to send me my money, but dont do it.  Who do I call?

      On 7-2-11 I spoke with Lori, a C/S representative. She advised that my son, at AZ State Prison in Florence, could buy a calling card at the prison store and they would give me a direct AZ access number that he could call, going to my NV number, avoiding long distance charges. I paid them $153.90 for their yearly service. She also informed me that, for any reason, if I wanted to cancel the plan, I could do so within six months of signup.  Any months remaining would be refunded to me at $11.20 per month.

      My son finally found out that the Florence AZ Prison does not sell these calling cards. I called ConsCallHome on 9/13/11 to let them know to cancel my membership.  They informed me they would cancel the membership and gave me a cancellation number.  They said a refund would take 5 to 7 weeks from the cancel date.  I have called them numerous times, even speaking with Supervisor Josh, only to be told that they could only email the billing department, but couldn't give me direct access to them. I even spoke with Lori again and she is now telling me that she could never have given me a refund amount, because they do not have that information. Since I'm getting nowhere with them, I will be contacting the Attorney General's office and filing a complaint.  I would advise everyone to avoid using this company. They are fraudulent and should be prosecuted!

      Concalls home. Ripped me for my money knowing full well I could not use their service due to consolidated being in control of the Illinois prison phone system. This they knew from other Illinois client. They took my money knowing full I could not use their service.

      I cancelled my agreement with MILLCORP COMPANY after a week of trying to connect with a friend who was incarcerated to no avil. They told me it would take up to 6-8 weeks before they could issue any refunds it is now nine in half weeks later and I'm still getting the run around. I need some answers!!!

      I cancelled Cons Call Home on August 29 of 2011. I paid for a whole year and have yet to get my money back. I keep calling and i get some rep who says they will send and email for them to process my refund.  I have to keep calling and I havent gotten anywhere and they say there isnt a supervisor I can talk to.  They need to return my money.

      I paid $160.00 October 3, 2011 (6 months of phone calls in advance.) After three days of phone calls from my Husband who at the time was in County Jail, I realized that I was not saving any money by going through them. So, I called Millicorp (cons call home) & cancelled services. They told me that it would take 5-7 weeks to receive my refund on my credit card. I thought that was ridiculous being that it took 5 seconds to take the $160.00 off of my credit card but I decided to be patient & wait it out. Today is now January 12, 2012 and still no refund. I have called atleast once per week since December 6, 2011 & they tell me that they will send a refund request via email to the refund department AGAIN!!! Still no refund. Can somebody please tell me what I can do to get my money back!!!??? I feel like I am being scammed by this company.

      I too have been waiting since december for there service which my son cannot use, he says he has it straightened out now, I doubt it but we will see.
      I f it is not working yet, I will go to the attorney general!
      II paid 80.00 on my credit card and have already been billed for it. I also have been billed for 37.95 and have no idea  what thats for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I cant get any straight answers from millicorp!

      i have been waiting over 9 months for my refund that was supposed to take 5-7 weeks, they keep saying they are backlogged, what kind of company doesnt have access besides email to the billing department?

      I'm glad I checked this [***] out. I called Global Tel link an inmate calling company, they said there is no ligitement company that allows unlimited calls to inmates. Those contracts are set up between the jail and whatever calling company they're with. A third party cannot enter the agreement. I'm so glad I checked this site out though.
