I received an unauthorized charge to my debit card account from this company in the amount of $35.95.  I never even heard of them until now! I am disputing this charge and will not pay it!   I've already informed my bank and have sent an email to McAfee customer service and Dri*Trend customer service demanding that the charge be removed.

    To best preserve your dispute rights under FRB Reg. E (which covers disrputing EFT or debit card charges to your checking account), follow up with a WRITTEN DISPUTE, sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement, and make sure you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges.

    Verbal phone disputes do not preserve your rights.

    Had a charge of 48.04 charged to my credit card 7-02-10.  Never heard of this company and certainly did not give them my credit card number,

    i did not authorize a billing of 79.95 to my credit card. just found it when checking my balances. i dont know what kind of scam you are running but i'm sure the bbb would like  to know.

    unauthorized charge for $49.99.  Never heard of this company til today and have never used it.  Calling customer service was worthless.  They want me to fax the info and dispute it as if I have not been inconvenienced enough. I have NO idea where they got my credit card info. Notified bank and will continue with dispute.

    I didn't authorize any charge to my acct to Dri*trend.  Never heard of you guys and i want my money back.  Stuid idiots.  HOW IN the hell did you get my card information in the first place.

    This is the 2nd year in a row I've been charged $35.95 for something I haven't ordered!  This time I'm disputing it (and I should have last year too).  How can a company get away with such a thing?

    Unauthorized theft of from my company credit card. I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau and the local police department. This company owner should be in prison.

    Just goyt hit also and agree the owner should go to prison but look at the rest of the world who take from the middle clss people who work hard everyday to stay a float!!!!!!
