I received an unauthorized charge to my debit card account from this company in the amount of $35.95.  I never even heard of them until now! I am disputing this charge and will not pay it!   I've already informed my bank and have sent an email to McAfee customer service and Dri*Trend customer service demanding that the charge be removed.

    i also received this charge with out knowing anything about them. a charge of 35.95 on jan 9 12. want credit asap and no more charges ever.  did not authorize any payment to you

    I too got hit with a charge for $62.95 for an unauthorized charge. I have called the card company, dri trend, Norton and have gotten no where. What do I do now. I am not paying for this.

    Just noticed the same unauthorized charge to my business account.  The bank suggested canceling card so  they can do it again and getting a new one.

    I have received two charges on my charge account from DRI Trend Micro which I did not authorize. There is no phone number or address to contact this company to stop these charges to my account for $62.95.

    On Sept 13 a charge for $72.05 was charged my bank card. It was not authorized, and I want the amount credited ot my account immediately!!

    I purchased Dri* Trend Micro 7-4-12 it did not install right but showed I had an expiration of 7-4-13.  When I rec'd by credit card statement I was billed 39.95 6-28-12 & again 7.95 + 39.95 7-4-12 on the next statement.  I still think I don't have any protection.  I would like a telephone number to call to get this straightened out.  Please call me  at 620 663-1399 after 6:30 pm central daylight time.

    here is the number I called and supposedly got rid of the charge. 1-952-646-5980 these people scare me. how many millions have they got away with? I willwait for my next statement to see if it worked.

    I receive a charge of my credit card for $ 38.11from Dri Trend Micro Ordenfind without my permission. I demand to reimburse immediately. I will notify my credit card company, disputing this unauthorized charge!

    I received a charge on my debit card of 49.99 by this company, it was not authorized. I demand to be reimbursed, my credit card company will definitely be notified of this insane charge.
