I keep getting harrassing phone calls from QT Bill. Can't talk to anyone.I called the # they provided and still could' talk to a live person.said they sent me a bill but the post office sent it back. Hmm! Smells like a rat.

Same thing, several calls a day with no way to contact a live person. Advising if $18 bill not paid will go to collection. Visited website- no a real website or way to pay!! Doesn't sound ligitmate to me.

I don't even know who or what you are. No one in my house hold gave out any information that you said was given out. These phone calls every hour on the hour all day is very disturbing. I've contacted my lawyer and he can't even get ahold of anyone. This is harassment in the biggest form.

Yes, I too keep getting calls from this place with no way to call and talk to a live person. Will NOT go to their supposed web site "qtbill.com" as then they will have your info on your computer. Sounds like a trojan horse if you ask me..... And, if it were a viable business you would be able to contact a live person. So they are considered a scam from what I've seen and heard...

Was on vacation and had to use a payphone as cell was out of range. Tried to enter credit card info and recording kept stating there was a problem - I tried to enter my card number 3 times. Next thing I know it asked me to announce my name and then my call was connected to my husband. I had no idea that it had asked him to accept a collect call. We have now received a bill and it states since the number 1 was touched, the collect call was activated per my choice. BS! We are now receiving 8 calls a day on his cell phone which is pulling his available minutes. What a scam this is! We will not pay the $20 and will report this to the appropriate agencies.

I had the same scenario. I too was on vacation. I had no change in my purse and didn't have my cell to make a pay phone call. I had to call my sister and I couldn't call her cell collect. (She flew into one airport and I flew into another and we needed to figure out where to meet.) I was given the option to charge (my 3 MINUTE) call to my home phone and I agreed to do it. I got an $18 bill in the mail. Does anyone regulate these people? I don't want to be harrassed and I don't want this on my credit report, but this is highway robbery. I figured I'd be paying about $3.95 max. ????

I got a bill from them saying that I called Indiana from northern California... I've never been to northern Ca, and I don't know anyone in Indiana....

The phone calls are constant and out of line. I want to clear this up but get no help from going on the web site or calling their number. I have copied my attempts. If I don't receive help immediately, I will contact authorities as this is behaving like a "fraud" and I have a fraud/identity alert on me from the Certigy theft 2 years ago.

I have spent countless hours at the QT billing site, quick pay, and callinf their number. Cannot get anyone to tell me how to pay the bill-if there is a bill. If I do not hear from you ASAP then the conclusion is that you are a fraudulent company and I will report you to the federal authorities of Michigan and Indiana. AND STOP YOUR DAMNABLE CALLING TO MY CELL NUMBER AS IT IS TURNED OFF DUE TO YOUR HARRASSMENT.

q t bill sent me a bill for 18----! i paid it and then a month or two later i got a call from some one wanting me to pay 15.00 more some kind of fee hahaha i called the bbb and they told me that qt bill had at that time 82 complaints on them. if they call u who are u suposed to send the money to not that i am but i went into my credit tonite and they did put on me in 20 years i never had a bad mark on my credit what does that tell the credit co. experine that is i will go to my grave not paying this bill.!!!!

Worst phone experience of my life (and I'm pretty old). Tried to make a collect call from a pay phone(frist mistake). Call didn't go through. Go a bill some time later for $20+. Tried to work it out with their Indian reps -quite a nightmare. I finally said fine and agreed to pay just to get them off my back since it wasn't worth the hassle. Then I was informed that it was another $20 to process over the phone. About $48 for a call that never went through.
Look out oon the web. Lots of complaints about this outfit and not a whole lot you can do about it. They even cruise the compplaint sites making responses to angry customers.
