QT sent 2 letters 1 for my grandson & 1 for my dauther for collect calls. We have a block on incoming collect phones calls. We get 10 to 15 calls daily, 1 as late as 12:00 a.m.. We were told not to call the number they have on the phone message by friend. That we get a big bill for that call. We have every call from are caller ID they call from 17 different area codes.We just don't what we can do. Jim S. Hesperia Ca.

I got a bill from QT billing for $17.95 for a collect call. This is a complete rip off. My son was stuck at Tri rail without a phone. He called me and i couldn't even hear him, and they charged me $17.95 for 3 mins. This woman has rung the last few days at least three or four times 1. 803 234 4985 she is a pain in the ass.

Yup their still up to the same thing - I discovered it trying to refinance. This was for a alleged collect call. watch your credit - they claim a bill for 2010 & lean your credit in 2011 on a disputed bill. I ask if I pay just to get it off my credit; but I have nothing in writting to guarantee they will remove it
