i called power-washer.us and the promised me within a few weeks the would send me some return postage. of course it has been a month and no return info. Called again,after holding for thirty minute i finaly got someone she asked the bs specefics and then requested that i take the machine apart.Of course she wants me to call them back when i get it apart. told her several times what the problem was.quiet evident when i turned the machine on, abusted gasket.If you buy this product return it immediately as to not get out of the stores return policy. Power-washer.us doesnt even have a customer service r a tech. dept. Return the product immediately befor it breaks and it will . TRUST MEEE.

    I have called this company 7 times and was put on hold for up to 40 minutes.I just have a question about the plastic click-on dial. It simply will not turn and thus the power washer does not work. I would definitely urge people not to buy from this company.If co. reads this, please call me at 610-277-7874.TK.....

    bought mine may 1,2011,4 months later and 3 uses, it leaks like a cive on the gasoline side of the carb and fuel system.  can't return to store, who should have some responsibility for the junk they sell. I know how to fix it but shouldn't have to at this early time, maybe in 3 or 4 years. should have bought the one at harbor freight they take returns without a problem and give new one in exchange. stupid me stupid me...

    very lousy customer support.
    Ordered part on line.  They never sent it, but got the money from credit card.
    promised to send it twice, but never did.
    I'm now in dispute w/ them via credit card co.
    avoid their products.
    Also known a FAIP North America.

    Never buy a product from this company.I used the pressure washer only one day,I could only clean half of my driveway and the pump didn't work anymore.I called the company and they were very nasty.I lost the money spent on this machine,I wouldn't recomended anyone to buy a product from Power Washer.

    Broke taking out of box! then it dropped and snapped off wheel mount--part not available so I cant fix. TOTAL JUNK. Never again.

    I purchased a power-washer in October of last year.  I used it about 3 times at the time of purchase.  I took it out this week to power wash the drive way.  After preparing for use, I tuned on the motor and it immediately died.  There is nothing.  I have been trying to reach the company but have not been able to do so.  I even went through the chat-line and nothing.  Reading the messages above, I think this is a wash.  Now I realize that its flimsiness is real.

    Anyone who sell this product...(I think I bought it at Sam's)...is really doing there customers wrong.......piece of crap.....I want my money back!

    Trouble since I bought it.  I've used it maybe 3 times.  Tried to start it up yesterday ... NOTHING!  I called number on their website, was put on hold for 30 mins. and still no live person, only recorded message!  I'm furious, what a waste of $300.00.  Cannot find receipt, so cannot return or exchange, and clearly the company is not interested in customer satisfaction, nor standing behind their product.  
    DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!!!!!!

    After reading the comments here I am not surprised that my washer  does not work.
    Model # Z1400 1400PSI. I took it out of the carton, assembled it, connected  per instruction.
    Turned it on had about 8 seconds pressured Water and then it gave up the ghost. The pump shut dowwn
    could not restart it. The bad part is I waited to long to use it and could not bring it back. $ 60,-
    down the train. Before you buy anything check out the company it can safe a lot of headache.

    Same as the other complaints. Bottom line the model I bought was a piece of junk. The motor locked up ten minutes after the first use. I could not get anyone to answer when I called and no responses from chat or email. I called the place I got it from and after telling them about my experience with the MFG they offered me a replacement or a refund so I took the refund and traded up to a brand with a better reputation.
