i called power-washer.us and the promised me within a few weeks the would send me some return postage. of course it has been a month and no return info. Called again,after holding for thirty minute i finaly got someone she asked the bs specefics and then requested that i take the machine apart.Of course she wants me to call them back when i get it apart. told her several times what the problem was.quiet evident when i turned the machine on, abusted gasket.If you buy this product return it immediately as to not get out of the stores return policy. Power-washer.us doesnt even have a customer service r a tech. dept. Return the product immediately befor it breaks and it will . TRUST MEEE.

    I bought a powerwasher H2010-1 electric from Home Depot 11/12. First sonic blaster nozzle was not in box, I called they lied, said it was not included it is. Never received it. Then it leaked oil from body on first use, returned it [took forever] came back with no hose adapter and on first use wand connection leaked causing loss of pressure was told that is not included under warranty. It's junk and try getting thru on the phone after waiting forever you get disconnected this happened every day.

    I've had two of the 12POE-150 in 8 months. Both machines developed a leak at the plastic fitting between the manifold and pressure switch. The part is fabricated from two pieces bonded together. The leak on both machines developed at this bonded joint. The manufacturer says its from excessive use and not warranted. They will not define excessive use but I use this machine about 1 to 1.5 hrs a month. It is at best a $0.10 part but one has to buy a $25.00 assembly to get it. These people and theie equipment are a joke. I'll make certain to never spend money on one of thier machines again.

    All of these pressure washers are Chinese made junk. A waste of money and are not worth the money and will not hold up under regular use.

    Thanks to the big Lord above and to Natalie manager at Sam's, my money was returned after having it for 9 months,it just wouldn't work.  The first time I used it my garage smelled like gasoline, I thought someone had tipped it over, but apparently it was leaking by itself. Like everyone else I only used it once and on the second time it stopped working after two minutes of use , it turned off and never worked again!!!! Thank you Natalie!!!

    Worst costumer service I've ever experienced.  On phone hold first time nearly (1) hour, live chat function doesn't work, several other attempts to talk to live person without any success.  Total attempt to contact them
    approx. 6X.  I will never endorse or use a Husky Power Wash Unit again!

    Got a new power washer It was evidently broken and returned to the store and re- shelved. the molded plastic piece where the water comes in to the machine was shattered, called customer service and gave them the story and they are sending me the part free of charge.

    Warning: Do not buy PowerWasher PW1850-U-S. It is a piece of junk. Only use once and it is stop working.

    What a piece of sh--  i received this pressure washer from my kids for Fathers day last year. Bought the one year warranty. After one year and 3 days it died. No pressure at the handle, gas leaking from the carburetor and no one who speaks English to help. Take your 300 dollars and pay the lottery. you have a better chance of hitting it big and paying someone to do your outside cleaning. PURE PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!!!

    Powerwasher model PW1600h-CA just took out of the box to use for the first time. I had the PW1250 for several years without a problem until it went. I purchased my PW1600h because it was on sale and I figured that I can't possibly go wrong if my reliable old unit was still going strong and so I left it in the box for nearly 2.5 years. The motor started up for a few seconds and then silence, it's not operating at all. Contacted power-washer.us and now waiting for online assistance which I received a note it may take 2-3 days. So much for immediate customer help. Hopefully they back up what they sell.

    I have  BLUE PRESSURE WASHER 1850, and is broken. and the manufacturer is saying " DO NOT RETURN IT TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE', and i keep trying to connect with     www.power-washer.us    with no luck., I finally looked at the broken parts, the hose connection and the on/off switch, they are made with plastic that is so badly manufactured that breaks so easily and MADE IN CHINA.I have paid under $200 for the unit and i liked the way it cleaned but the way is build and is so bad that is insulting my intelligent and pushing down my throat these below standard machines . There should be some laws to make the manufacturer or the sellers come to our house and fix the damn thing that they make profits from us.

    I purchased my washer from HSN.  Model PW1400-VT.  I used it 2 times and now when I use it the water comes gushing out of the handle.  This company offers no service or even parts.  What a piece of #%X!  I just hope HSN has wised up.  I saw them selling a power washer this summer and I was affaid it might be from the same company.  No way!!

    I purchased my powerwasher from Home Depot PW1600H-CA. Got it home," now I can clean the drive way etc.!"The Dam thing wouldn't work. You can't take it back to Home Depot. You have to go on line, will that didn't do me any good.
    My son takes a look, The nozzle is cracked. Can't get any HELP. This is a piece of crap. Power Washer US,Made in China?

    I need a part for the 12POE-150 and can't get it.  They say I have to buy the whole gun.
    I will tell everyone I know that these are a piece of $h!t and to not buy one.  WHERE are the PARTS!?  WHY can't I buy just a PART!?
    This company is BS and should be a class action law suit.

    I bought the powerwasher pressure washer system from Costco 2 years.
    The washer gun is leaking from the handle and unable to replace it.
    The machine is referring me to a website which is not offering parts.
    No phone number to call. Never had this problem with other companies.
    I'll complain to Costco.

    After one hour of use the wheel bracket  broke off only 3 little tack welds  hold it on. Poor engineering I would change to a bolt on bracket being a machinist I can design to improve things. Modelmsv3024b they did replace the machine thanks if it only hold up now.
