I ordered two small bottles of beauty cream & received an outrageous huge bill. I received two small bottles and this huge bill..Whoa  What is going on here?? Stop this madness now. disconnect me from you.. Cancel, Cancel, Cancel

    I ordered a sample of your face and eye cream. You sent me another face cream that I did not order or want. I cannot find any information on your company to let you know I do not want any future creams sent to me. I will be returning the one I just received.
    Cancel and delete me from your mailing list. CANCEL! CANCEL! CANCEL! I also will not pay for product I did not order.

    I ordered only 2 bottles of product, one of the antiaging regenere eye/neck serum and one of the facelift complex.  Only shipping costs were to be charged.  Now i have 2 large charges, one is for 84.95, one for 89.92.  Why did that happen.  No where did i agree to auto-ship, if that's what this is for.  Please cancel all shipments from you immediately. Also, credit my bank account with these two charges.  I will be returning the 2 samples due to the fact of allergic reactions.  CANCEL NOW AND REFUND NOW.

      I was also charged those amounts and want to cancel....May I ask, who did you contact, and have the charges been reversed yet?

          My bank gave me the number they used which was 888-973-6203 and it worked!
          With my bank and their rep on the phone, I disputed my charge for the cream they sent me that I did not authorize because I was unable to reach them to cancel with any number that I could find. I mailed back their product, they credited me with 75% of the charges.

            Wish i had read this sooner, nrver was told what cost was or it was auto shipped. Called cost ser, got name and number of rep, cancelled order. Now have to call bank.

    I have been billed incorrectly and returned the first box through the USPS and never opened the box and was billed and now I have another box I am returning unopened. I want these charges credited immediately and do not want any further shipments sent to me.

    I returned  unordered product 12/1/15. I returned the product w/ a letter.
    today 12/17/15, I received the product again-unordered. .Called 855-249-5944, appears to be a call center

      None of those numbers are good numbers you have to either cancel your card or file a dispute with your bank

    Same here. Was a free trail and only suppose to be charged shipping and now 2  charges of 89.00 and 84.00. What a scam. and I did use this product for a week and now some kind of reaction with my eyes. These people should be put out of business for fraud. I will be doing just that with my bank and they will take action. Thanks for the phone numbers. If any of you have gotten this taken care of please inform us of how you went about doing it.

    It's very hard to find out how to get a hold of the company - nothing on the shipping paperwork indicates anything and returning the boxes doesn't seem to do anything as well.  Very dishonest company.

    I to signed up for this on line for free trial, Credit card tendered for shipping & handling..nowhere did I sign up to continue to receive this product continueosly. I no longer want to receive this product so PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM YOUR MAILING LIST WILL BE RETURNING TWO BOXES TO THE SENDER! ALSO PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD!!!!! I EXPECT RESULTS!!

    It's a cramming scam..
    The whole purpose is to use the "free trial" to get your account information and start charging you for automatic shipments of their ridiculously priced overhyped "product".

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.

    You people should be arrested for what you are doing. This is a scam.. This is the second box I've recieved. Called you when I got the first and you told me you refunded my money at that moment.now I recieved another box. I gues that's a gift since I never ordered it and canceled everything..I will be contacting the FTC and my credit card. You will no longer be able to charge me anything else..my uncle is a lawyer and if these charges re not taken off right this moment you will hear from him....
