I ordered two small bottles of beauty cream & received an outrageous huge bill. I received two small bottles and this huge bill..Whoa  What is going on here?? Stop this madness now. disconnect me from you.. Cancel, Cancel, Cancel

    I to signed up for this on line for free trial, Credit card tendered for shipping & handling..nowhere did I sign up to continue to receive this product continuously. I opened it and it smelled like hand lotion and never used it.  There was no note or instructions what to do with it.  Next thing I know     04/09/2016    04/09/2016    CEI*TNSKINCREAM 8887855846 NY    $89.92    shows up on my credit card.  Called the 888  # and sat for 8 minutes on hold.  They told me I agreed to their terms and conditions by clicking the notice at the end of the advertisement terms and conditions and a box opened.  I do not recall seeing anything that stated that I had to cancel within 14 days or I would be charged.  I would never have ordered it if that were true!  They gave me a reference number and told me to return it. I am sending it back today 4/12/2016 priority mail with signature confirmation.  They better return my money by 4/20/2016.

    Same happened to me, I spoke to someone in customer service.  They gave me a Return Merchandise Authorization number to include in the package when I return the products.  They say they will issue full refund once they receive the returned items.  I had to ask to speak to a supervisor.  They claim that when you click on the box for terms and agreement you are agreeing to their requirements.

    The same has happened to me I have been going round and round with this company for the last month now trying to get my refund. someone needs to be accountable here this is terrible how they are defrauding people

    This company is a rip off.  I ordered 2 samples for 4.95 ad 5.95 then they charged me 175.00!!  That i did not order.  I called my credit card and told them they were fraudulent charges!!

    Ditto for me! The other companies that offered similar deals have not sent further shipments, nor charged my account! MasterCard will hear about this! I'll alert The Better Business Bureau too. Scammers do not profit in the long run..
