I was hijacked by these people.  My ATT bill was hacked into and LUCKILY ATT credited me for the two months of $51.20 (charges for each month).   I cannot get a hold of them- they put you on hold and you have to listen to loud reggae music until you can't stand it any longer and hang up!  

I found the FCC site and made out a complaint claim online.  

ATT has been really gracious to me. They will keep an eye out on me future statements (as will I!) but I feel this is not the end of it.  

STUPID STUPID scammers...I am so incensed.  All I did was answer the phone and some idiot lady tried to get me into a FREE website directory. I said no, but all she needed was my phone number I guess.
Grrrrrrrr  you HAVE to watch your back at all times in this world.

    USABD did it to me too!!!! Said they would put me at the top of the search engines on Yahoo, AT & T etc. free and then 6 months went by without me looking at the AT & T bills and my bookkeeper just paying it.  I was charged 49.95 for 6 months!!!!!!!!  Like you, AT & T is being nice about it but how can they bill on the AT & T statement and not have anything to do with it.  This is an outrage!!!!!!!!! Shame on AT & T and shame on USABD!!!!! I wish I could just get a phone number and have AT & T bill for me!!!!!!!!!

    This company started charging my ATT phone bill with $49.95 and when I called to cancel they will not refund the money. They said they have a recording for my authorization which they said they will email to my valid email address and did not do that. This company is a fraud company and I am reporting it to FCC and also to California Department of State and Companies division this week.

    I filed complaints about this company with the state of California and the FTC.  

    I received a call from a US Postal inspector.  This company is being investigated in a very big way.  Will suck to be them.

    I also noticed some charges on our bill and I too called them.  I got the same run around.  So I called ATT and they connected me. The answers I was getting sound right out of a book.  And I told him that.  He did not like that and got mouthy with me. I am far from being done with them. The wrath of B is coming.........

    A $19.95 charge showed up on my AT&T bill.  I called the number on the bill for The Billing Resource, waited 30 minutes to talk with someone and was told I had to call another number (which never connected) to talk to someone at The Billing Resource. Why does AT&T have the umber on the bill if they can't tell you what the charge is for?  I subtracted the $19.95 off my bill and put a note in with my payment saying I would not spend any more time trying to figure out the charge and not to put it on my bill again.  We will see what happens next month.

      they did the same thing on u-verse account slowly inflating the bill till i disected it and found the ''side charges'' for extra fees that they never mentioned REMEMBER-THERE IS NO ACCTUAL CONTRACT TILL THE FIRST BILL IS PAID,THAT MAKES IT CONFIRMED,OVER THE PHONE CONTRACTS ARE ''VERBAL  ONLY''AND NOT A CONFIRMED CONTRACT,SO DONT PAY SQUAT ,LET THEM RAISE HELL,WHEN I TOLD THEM THIS THEY DAMNED NEAR [***] THEMSELVES,SUCKS FOR THEM----------PEOPLE USE COMON SENSE AND YOU WILL BE FINE,AND PS TELL THEM YOU ARE RECORDING THE CONVERSATION ALSO IF THEY WANT A COPY OF THIS VERBAL CONTRACT!

    I called the FCC to file a complaint for the 27 MONTHS of fraudulant billing I recently discovered on our bills.  The FCC said to copy all bills, highlight the bogus charges and mail it in with an explanation of the complaint.  They said they should be able to get our $ back.  AT&T did not even know who was billing us through their company!  What a scam.  USABD I hope you fry.

    I also ran into this same problem, fortunately I caught it the first month.  Got the same answers from ATT so I emailed The Billing Resource and they said they were billing for a client named Business to Business, which I thought was odd, but I called the number they gave me and ran into the same problem where they said that they had a date and time that I signed up for their services.  They cancelled the service and said they would refund my money for 21.45, so we'll see if that happens.

    Today I received a phone call from a gentleman who stated he was with the Phone Company and was calling to renew the companies’ yearly FREE publication in the telephone book. He stated that this was just a courtesy call and that the company’s listing in the phonebook needs to be renewed yearly for our number to be listed.
    I confirmed with him that this was n fact a FREE service, he confirmed.  
    He proceeded to explain that he had would have to put me on hold for a brief moment and he would be back on the phone momentarily with another individual from his company that would confirm my FREE listing.
    I waited until the gentlemen came back on the line and he explained that all I needed to do was answer a few questions with this automated service. The gentlemen said that he would continue to be on the phone as the automated voice would prompt me to say the name of the company, my name and the companies’ telephone number after the “BEEPS”.
    I heard another voice which was a recording, (like he said would) that asked me to state the name of the company “BEEP” : I stated the company name…..
    Then the gentlemen who  originally  called, began to talk in-between the “BEEPS”  he would talked  over the recorded voice,  so all that I could hear or understand was him telling me what to say after the “BEEPS” I could not hear the recorded voice, the gentlemen said to state your telephone # after the “BEEP” I stated my number…..
    The gentlemen’s voice proceeded to get louder and louder over the automated voice he then said to say  “YES” after the “BEEP” ….
    It was very hard to hear the recorded automated voice because the gentlemen voice was too loud and he kept repeating himself over and over to just say “YES” after the “BEEP”.
    I finally interrupted him and said that he needed to stop talking during the automated voice, because I did not want to answer YES to something I didn’t understand. He said it was just an advertisement and to just say YES and we will be done with the phone call.
    I would not comply and finally he hung up on me, however, I did have a chance to hear the automated voice, which said “ to answer YES if I  understood that in 14 days from today I will be billed a 39.95 fee on my phone bill for this monthly service!!!

    USABD You would think a lawyer would not get nailed. I just discovered the charges and will go the FCC and Attorney General route to stomp them and try for a refund. I may cancel AT&T for allowing this Scam.

    When I asked them for a supervisor they gave me a 888 number.
    This numbver was for a company that allows you to buy calling cards to call inmates in prison. Hopefully they are the ones that end up in prison. A.T.& T has stated that any charges will be credited back to my account

    CHARGED 18.83 ON THIS LAST BILL - NO NUMBER - THERE ISN'T EVEN A CALL TO VERIFY THAT THIS CALL WAS MADE FROM MY LINE ! SCAMMERS!

    I got hit this month with a 19.95 charge for two months 39.90 from businesstobusiness. The funny thing is the woman when I called (paymentone)told me she would credit my bill 54 dollars. I made sure she said it 3 times then she rushed me off the phone.I called verizon right after they dont know any thing about businesstobusiness or paymentone.

    this company is conducting fraudelent activity  we as consumers need to be persistent and take this company out of business.  they are con-artist and get away with this becuase most people just give up becuase it is a hassle to call and makie a complaint.  plan to be on the phone for hours, on hold and transferreed to different people.  the way our economy is who can affort to pay these thiefs?!  USABD company is a fraud!!!!!

    This fraudulent company also attacked us and have been charging us $50.45 for the last 16 months. I called to complain, they sent me the "recording" via email, of the conversation in which the 'sales person' on the other end had a thick accent, spoke too fast and made it sound like we WON something. I have called to complain several times and I ALWAYS get through with the phone number that I have. The direct phone number for USABD is 800-222-5529 and the "supervisor" I spoke to is named Robin and she is at X319. We will file a complaint with the FCC & the BBB. Please be careful because these scammers are very tricky! And shame on AT&T for allowing a shady company to even be associated with their business!

    Just noticed that the chumps have been billing me for the past 14 months $8.79 a month for voice mail.  I have voice mail thru ATT and thought that is how they billed it. I called the number on the bill it referred me to another number. The lady who answered said that she could only credit my account 3 months. That is BULL between ATT and them somebody is going to credit my account $122.30 to include the tax!!  I printed all my bills rest assured I will be getting credit because that is some BULL!!!  I contacted ATT as well. Waiting on a response.
