Takes your money and never receive a product or any further contact/communication, further more they use your account information to make other purchases
I recently purchased a box set collection from them for close to $100 and haven't received it. I'm thinking this is a total scam. Watch out!

I just got rippec off for the 24 Season 1-6 Boxset...And fortunately Paypal paid for it.
Now All I have to do is see if Paypal honors their "Items not recieved" part of the contract.
The WORST THING is that once you buy from them, for some reason you end up re-directed to a "Website under Construction"...how the heck do they KNOW your computer??
And of course, there is no reciept for your purchase...

Another complaint. Ordered a set on Dec 9, and like the others, have no way of contacting the company for status, and cannot get past the "site under construction" default. It started up right after I placed my order. No receipt either. I feel like this is definitely a scam.

Yeah, this place is definitely a scam! I recently bought the scrubs series for 72 bucks. I ordered it on Dec. 2, and STILL haven't received it. I contacted Paypal, I filed a claim, and hopefully they will reimburse me. [***]!!

I paid $87.99 on Dec. 1 for the Smallville set, received nothing, they didn't answer email, and Paypal resolved with no reimbursement. I also get the "Website under construction" message.

I paid $86.99 for the complete season of Ally Mcbeal on Dec. 5 and I didn't receive it. Paypal will not pay for this obvious FRAUD. Paypal should be responsible for this too, 'cause this website has to have a bank account with Paypal.

Like a lot of you I ordered Boston Legal 1-4 Seasons and paid 78.99. Can't get through to the website either and feel I'm getting screwed by Paypal also. My only other option is to dispute through my Mastercard co. First time this has ever happened and I shop online a lot.

I just called my credit card company and paypal to file a complaint. This was a total scam. No wonder the prices were so low. Everyone should file a complaint with paypal and their credit card company right away

PayPal will not give you your money back. I tried also and got a letter today saying "tough luck" basically. I have requested that PayPal release this companies information. When I paid through PayPal it said that their address was "non-US verified". Well if it was verified by PayPal they should have some liability to uphold. I have friends working to see if we can find out who owns the website. I will keep you informed on what I find out.

I paid $86.99 for one tree hill boxset and didn't receive it. I filed a complaint with paypal and it is still under investigation. I then filed a claim with capital one and they are now investigating. When I hear anything from either onr of them I will let you know the outcome.

THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. THE WORST PART THE BOXSET I WAS BUYING IT WAS FOR A CHRISTMAS PRESENT AND NOW THIS HAPPENED. LIKE YOU, AFTER THE PURCHASE THE WEBPAGE WENT UNDER CONSTRUCTION. NOW I HOPE PAYPAL REFUNDS THE MONEY.

I ordered a 1-6 season from tvshowboxset on Dec.2nd. It was a christmas gift, but I didn't receive it until dec. 27th. It came from China.I will not order from them again.
