Takes your money and never receive a product or any further contact/communication, further more they use your account information to make other purchases
Same thing happened to me!! I have contacted pay-pal several times and they have agreed in my favor but refuse to return my money. They say it's because the company, TVBOXSET, doesn't have any money in their account for them to take it out and repay me. I told pay-pal they are just as guilty. According to their agreement on refunds I should be getting $1,000 plus the $90 I paid to those scam artists. But again pay-pal says there is nothing they can do. That's a bunch of crap. I'm beginning to think pay-pal is on the scam too. I refuse to order anything else through pay-pal again because of it and them not willing to at least try and retrieve my money. They were worthless.

I too got ripped off, I bought the "Lost" first five seasons. I don't what can be done, but I am starting with my credit card company.
