charged for product that wasn't ordered

I was charged for product that I did not order. When I called the merchant to request a refund they confirmed that there was no tracking number to track package and stated product had not been shipped to me. Provided me a credit transaction #3524992645.

    If you don't get your money back within a week, file a fraud dispute through your bank.

    Regardless, have your bank block your card number immediately to prevent further charges, and watch your next few statements closely to make sure no more crammed charges roll over to your new card number.
