This company did the same thing to me. I followed up on the email I received after submitting my request for a refund. They gave me a site to check the status www.777refundstatus.com The site said they received my request but needed more information. Of course the additional information they needed is my bank account infomation. I refuse to give my information to them. Did anyone else received a refund from them.

As I already had plans to close the account I gave them my info and the next day they said "their records showed that the information I submitted matched the information where I had applied online and they would not give me a refund" DUH...of course it matched. They got it somewhere to begin with!!! I am complaining the Attorney General of Arizona, as that is where they said they are (10869 N Scottsdale Rd, Suite 103, #176, Scottsdale, AZ 852854).
They charged me $49.99 plus caused an overdraft charge of $32. The initial call I made to them suggested they got my info from a Payday Loan Application but I never heard of them as a Payday Loan or any other company.
I am disabled and unable to go to my bank, but I have someone coming to help me go tomorrow so I can get this straightened out with them.

I had four (4) unauthorized deductions from my checking account. I, called the 777 refund company. I was told that there was only one (1) deduction from my checking account. I went around and around with these people. I have all the information and they still are telling me that I must have mad a mistake. According to their records there was only one (1) deduction from my account.

They tell me to fill out a form and submit my checking acct info, they shoudl have it they took out the money in the first place. Today they tell me they can't access the account info and they will call me back to talk to me,. well that hasn;t happened. i just want the money back in the account, what do i do now?

I was just wondering if you ever had a call back from them? I have been going through the same thing this week. This story is beginning to have a pattern. Now their web site doesn't work and they can;t seem to access my file when I have called today.

I noticed a fake check charge on my account for $19.99. After contacting my bank, they informed me there were 3 charges from this company. One for $49.99 and two more for $19.99. The bank didn't seem all that interested in refunding the money, which I'm going to continue talking to them about, and basically we got the same answers for 77club, fill out the form and will refund your money. This is total BS. I don't understand how this is legal and how there isn't another way to get my money back. We are closing our bank account, which is a huge hassle, but I'm not going to give up on this until I get the money back into that account. Has anyone actually gotten a refund from these people?

File a fraud dispute with your bank to get your money back. Request and send them a fraud affidavit.
"Now I have to change my account number" ALWAYS block your card or close your account when you have been defrauded. Even if you got your money back, many of these scams try again a few months later.

The "form" just creates the appearance that you might get your money back, while you have no record that you have actually asked for it.
They can "lose" it, pretend they never saw it, deny it for any excuse they can make up, or whatever, and if you are one of the few who don't give up, but get your Attorney General to contact them, they can smile and say, "Oh, we just found it, we will send the refund just like we always do.", as they pretend it's all just a "mistake".

Same thing happened to me. I have now waited a week for my refund. If it doesn't come in another day or two I am filling out a fraud report at my bank. They said that I signed up with them through some pay day loan request. I never signed up for anything. I didn't even accept any pay day loan offers.

I did research for an on one loan over a yr. ago, and just 2 days ago $49.99 was taken out of my bank account. I called and was told, they would cancel my account and will not take the same amount every month. I was directed to the refund site also, all fake. Read their disclaimer. It states you agree to whether you have read it or not. No foolin. So even if you just apply for a loan on line and they get some access to it they can charge you, it surely is illegal. I had to change bank accounts, and spent an hr. from my job taking care of the crap.
