These people are crazy. The same thing that happened to you guys happened to me. Payday loan website, which i didn't need after all, never authorized any payments, and voila 49.99 taken out of my account plus NSF. I called the number from the bogus check and a foreign woman answered. i was ticked off but felt reassured until she told me to go the bogus website. she got a little annoyed i kept asking her questions. so of course when i went to the website there is no website just all these people with the same problem. eventually got to something that told me i would receive refund in 72 hours. After that i called my banks fraud dept and sure enough they've heard of this before. I was told that i had a minor case and shes heard of 10 deductions from this site and advised me no matter how embarrassing next time just go into the loan office. I will receive a refund from my BANK including NSF IN 10-15 days. I will change my accounts first thing Monday morning. I hope this helps someone as the previous post did for me.

You Google "Arizona Attorney General Complaint" and you can get a link that will take you directly to an online complaint form! Believe me, when they start hearing from the AG they will straighten up and fly right---after they stop wetting their panties. They refused to give me a refund. But they will. I am their worst nightmare. I am a PIT BULL if someone takes even ten cents from me.

I was online looking for a payday loan and had gone through montel williams moneymutual.com,they had me put in my wage info along with ssi number, bank info, ect. when I was finished they said I would be hearing from lenders soon. With in a half hour I recived 5 phone calls. When I found out the finance fees were between 100.00to150.00 apeice I declined all offers. The next morning there was a 49.99 charge on my account from ulscustserv.com i contacted them for a refund, they canclled the account they said I opened when I filled the app. Out on theit web site.got a cancellation number and they said I would get my money back ,the next day I got an e mail from the 777 club saying they needed more info to check if the on line app was fraud. The next day after that I recieved another e mail stateing on line user error and. It was my fault and I would not get a refund. My bnk is going to refund my money and have these companies investigated for fraud. I am now in touch with the BBB about them. The funny thing is this all started with the moneymutual.com site. Can't trust ANYTHING any more.......

I had the same thing happen to me and I called the customer service number everyday for about a month and a half. The key was that everytime I called I would not hang up until I spoke with a Supervisor which they will tell you is on another call but I told them I could wait. Than I would sit on the phone with them for at least 30 minutes.
I wrote a letter to the corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ and I finally got a refund check.

The same thing happened to me. As soon as I found out about the money missing from my account, causing overdraft fees, I called the company. They directed me to the website (this was a Friday afternoon). I filled out the refund request, and even though they said it would take 72 hours to see if I was approved for the refund, I didn't hear from them (shocker). I called them on Wednesday and spoke to someone that barely spoke English.
I told them that I wanted a refund immediately. They said that they need to issue a paper check and that would take 7-10 business days. I told them that I needed the refund to be put back in my account the same way they took it out so that I could get my bank to reverse the overdraft fees that incurred because of it. They said that their policy was to issue paper checks for refunds. I demanded to speak to a supervisor, he said that she was on another call. I told him I'd wait, he said it might be an hour. I said I would wait, no matter how long it took. I was also on their refund website at the time of the call and read his policy to him, which stated that a refund would be issued back to the account or credit card that it was purchased on. He said that their policy changed but the website didn't reflect it yet. I asked him when it changed, he said "Friday". How convenient.
I eventually talked to a "supervisor", and she said that it would take 7-10 business days to get a refund check issued. Surprisingly I got the refund check in the mail on Saturday. I am taking it to my bank today because I don't trust that it's a valid check.
I also filed a fraud alert on my account, because if they took money out once, they will take it out again. I am opening a new account and filing whatever complaints I need to in order for this scam to stop ripping off innocent, hardworking people.
