For the past week or so I get phone calls at work from what appears to be a telemarketer; when calling the number there are no details given on what the company is, not even the name. The calls are coming from 800-919-8021.

    I keep getting the same annoying calls telling me to press the star key on my phone to find out more about the discount program information that came with my gas bill.  They keep calling and calling.  The thing is, I don't have a gas bill.  I live in an all-electric apartment and even though PG&E provides both gas and electricity in our market, I only get a bill for electricity since I have no gas appliances.  Caller ID says the caller is "Power Center" and a seven-digit local number is given without an area code.  Totally bogus.
