I wanted to cancel my membership and the website they provided cancel.myeasysaver.com led to a nasty porn site and when I called the # they provided 1-877-844-9544 they kept me waiting on hold like they got so much buisness or something. I would like them to cancel this "membership" as soon as possible before they try to charge my card.

    i think i may have been just lucky ,because i recieved a letter from easysaver thanking me for signing up with them. I called the next day and got someone on the phone rightaway, they were very polite on the phone but very vague about how i wound up on there list,but they promised to cancel right away i eill  now have to watch my credit cards and bank statements until i am sure they keep there word the person i spoke to did not know how my account was billed and by whom

    I want my membership canceled as of today, after reading all other complaints I don't even want to wait the 30 days or even close to it. So close it now!!!!!! AS everyone can see I'm leaving this on here the 26th of Jan, 2009 the same day I recieved notice that I now have easy saver, that I didn't want in the first place, but the lady  said go ahead and take it you get a $25. Wal-Mart gift card free just to examine it. If you see it and don't like it then cancel it. She didn't tell me I would have to move Heaven and Earth to do it. I wish I had been able to have looked at this site before hand, then I could have told her what to do with the easy saver. The same as what the most of you have already have said.

    I didn't sign up for this thing either...I was just sent to me without my knowledge of it.I aslo tried to call them five times by phone, but they never answered. Please close my account immediately, and I don't want to see the bill sent to me.

    I did not order this easy saver thing and I don't want it..I want it canceled and I want my money back that you took off my card!!! I have never heard of this easy saver..Damn it I want my money back now!!!!! What a rip off!!And I want my money back and don't take any more!!

    Same complaint here, I tried to call with a never ending phone call that never picked up and then went dead.  Thank you for the correct website address but it couldn't find any of my info to cancel.  I emailed customerservice@encoremarketing.com (this was provided while I was on the never ending hold) with my information to cancel.  Hopefully this will work, will post if it does.

    didnt ever order anything from these people, just found the charges on my credit card.  WTH? thanks for the website, put in my info and it is supposedly cancelled. will try to call them as well I want the money's credited back

    Looks like I to am in the same boat now. I recently purchased flowers from proflowers and I find that I have a $1.95 on my charge card from easysaver. I put a complaint to my bank and will see. I also contacted this # 1-877-844-9555 and they said that would cancell the subscription(how nice). Gave me a cancellation # and said it would take 1-2 billing cycles(probaby to charge me more)to take effect. We will see

    I sit in Athens, Greece (Europe) and got $180 unauthorised billings by EASY SAVER as well. Through internet complaints I found out it had to do with the buying of flowers via ProFlowers in November 2007 ! I have cancelled my credit card , asked my bank to ask back the money from VISA due to "fraud". I have e-mailed ProFlowers and EasySaver. Next step: I will contact US-Federal office online-fraud. The Internet is full of complaints about EASY SAVER and I wonder why the General Attorney hasn't started any action against them yet. If there is any call action I am in!

    Thanks for the information.  I really hope this works.  I printed the cancelation confirmation just in case.  You were really helpful. Thanks again.  If anyone knows how I can get my money back please let us know.

    Beware - It's not only credit cards but checking accounts as well that they are latching onto.  My friend who is a senior citizen was having trouble balancing her checking account the past few months.  It turns out that Easy Saver and another company called American Leisure has been taking funds from her checking account the past four months.  She was able to get in touch with Easy Saver and supposedly they are going to refund the past two months and "maybe" the first two months.

    Ya i had 19.80 taken out of my account so i called to see what it was and my bank told me and I didnt even know who these people was. They took my last 20 dollars. This is bull crap b/c i had nothing to do with these people i dont even know how they got my account number.

    Easy Saver 877 844-9554 affiliated with ordering from ProFlowers as well as many other companies.  They have been taking monthly amounts from my account $14.95, $1.95, I called them and asked them to reverse charges, they said "okay"..well guess what, next month took out $77.00.  Only way to resolve this is to cancel your bank card or charge card and have a new one reissued....what a hassle!!
    My bank knew who they were right away....have had many complaints but said it is legal because I gave them my account information...legal to take more money monthly...I DON"T THINK SO!

    They told me the same thing, would credit my account...guess what the next month they took out $77.00.  Only way to stop it is to cancel your card and have another card number issued.

    I will be happy to be part of a class action suit as I am another victim of this rip off.  I don't know what I ordered that caused this to happen but now I am leery of ordering anything online or over the phone that requires my credit card number.

    who the hell is easy saver and where are they getting credit card numbers? They not only need to be stopped, they need to be backed up!
