I wanted to cancel my membership and the website they provided cancel.myeasysaver.com led to a nasty porn site and when I called the # they provided 1-877-844-9544 they kept me waiting on hold like they got so much buisness or something. I would like them to cancel this "membership" as soon as possible before they try to charge my card.

I received a letter stating they appreciated my joining.  I never heard of this organization.  I have no idea how they acquired my name but I am very upset and may look into how they obtained my name and considered recourse options.  Per the enrollment letter I joined August 12, 2009 which was not possible since I was on a vaction trip.  Also I was billed September 17, 2009 and received the letter September 22, 2009. ??????

I called as soon as I saw the charges on my account for $19.99 This was after I signed up for discount cars (mobile T) I called and cancled.  My suggestion to call the Better Business Buero they know how to get the money back and can do something to stop this from happening to more people.

Got to charges for 19.80 on my credit car, both for the same day.  Got letter with ID number and relized what what was going on.  Called 1-800-262-6199, pushed a few buttons and recording said my account was cancelled.  Also got cancellation number.  Have to wait and see if it worked.  I never signed up for a membership from Easy Saver or any other "club"

I don't think your message will result in a cancellation.  Dispute the charge with your credit card company.

I just noticed these charges on my AMEX and have disputed them with AMEX.  Obviously they are fraudulent as they were never authorized.  I too traced them back to a purchase from Proflowers.  A complaint to the Federal Trade Commission will follow.  How this is allowed to continue after the original complaints I see here is ridiculous.

This site is a complete ripoff. When a person purchases a product from another company I personally believe it is illegal for that company to sell your personal information such as your credit card information. This company's service department informed me that when you purchase such items as vitamin or supplements from certain companies that you are offered a free 30 day trial to MyEasySaver and American Leisure. I would not have accepted any such offer. The service manager at 877-844-9554 said she would pull the records and if it was confirmed that the offer was accepted no refund would be issued. This is a total ripoff and should be reported to the legal authorities. As mentioned in one of the above complaints a civil legal action should be taken on this type of illegal business transaction.

I was fraudulently billed for $287.20.  I tried calling ProFlowers and received no response.  I contacted EasySaver.com and was put on hold numerous times.  They try to get you to settle for less than the entire amount they have stolen from you.  After 1/2 hour on the phone, I was told that they would refund $187.00.  DO NOT BE FOOLED - they will refund nothing.  In fact, the charge will not appear on your bank statement the next month, but will then be doubled the month after that.  The only way to stop them is to CANCEL YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.  These unscrupulous companies cannot be trusted.  Contact your bank or financial institution today!!!!!!!!  Tell all of your friends and acquaintances to NEVER use Pro Flowers, Sharri's Berries, Red Envelope or Cherry Moon Farms for any purchases.  File a report to the US Postal Service (they have jurisdiction over debit card fraud) and file a report to the San Diego BBB (which has this company rated AAA+ - unbelievable(!) as there are numerous complaints against ProFlowers listed in their website about this very same practice). http://www.bbb.org/san-diego
