This company is a thief in the night...only it doesn't have to be dark for them to steal from you.  I purchased 4 posters at $2.00 each but was charged $39.00 (by their own admission through e-mail).

This company has gotten away with this too long.  I think it is time to get a class action suit against them!!!

    i have contacted this lawyer for a class action lawsuit, for anyone who has been defrauded from this company you should please contact Mr. Baumkel and tell him your story. hopefully this scamming will stop once and for all.

    Titan...I have the same problem here.  I called the lawyers number you posted and they said they are not handling it.  I would be up for joining a lawsuit seeing as how this all started over a yr ago for me and they don't return calls or letters!  I'm out $79.00 and have reported them to Chicagos BBB.

    Cancel your credit cards. This company is complete BS. Make sure ALL cards are cancelled! They will process renewals on your cards without hesitating. Company is fruad.

    i got fu//// by them also canceled year ago and dec1 found posters on my porch had a lawyer send letter,contacted bbb what else sue them?

    I was also charged 79.00 a couple weeks ago without authorization. I want nothing to do with this company. I already contacted my bank and will dispute the charges. I would love to see posterpass.com be shut down for good. How are they allowed to do this? I dont understand. If anyone else has an idea of what else I can do please let me know

    I too have run into the same problem with Poster Pass!  I too thought I was originally getting 4 posters at $2.00 a piece.  I was shocked when I saw the $39.00 taken out of my bank account!  I was even more dismayed when it happened again the following month.  I called the company and after several days of trying to get through on the line, I finally got a live person who assured me that my account would be closed.  I then saw a $79.00 charge to my bank account!  I called again.  After several  more tries to get a live person on the line, I was once again assured that my account had been canceled and the $79.00 would be credited back to my account.  That was over two months ago!!!!  I have again tried calling the company for several days now and again have not been able to reach a live person to talk to!!!!  I don't want to involve an attorney, but it looks like this is my next step.  I'm sure Poster Pass has had this complaint before, but some of us are on limited incomes and cannot afford this kind of deception.  I don't understand how people like this can live with themselves!!!!  God help their souls for what they continue to do to innocent, unsuspecting people!!!!  SHAME ON YOU POSTER PASS!!!!

    I'll sign up for that as well!  I am still fighting with them to get my money back!  Shame on all of them at Poster Pass!!!!

    I did the same ordering of 4 posters. Then I I canceled all,and moved out of state. Then 15 months later to find another order sent to my old address.They even used my card without my permission. I am going to a lawyer .
