And 1-866-294-1752 which is IQOR, the same collection agency with new name.

(Home, Cell & Work), and most important, the amount of money you owe and to
whom you owe it! Private tests have been conducted With These Collection
Agencies. Impersonaters have called requesting info on the amount of money
owed. On numerous occasions (recorded calls) this information was freely
given out by the employees of these collection agencies without forthought.
Personal info was given out every time, when it shouldn't of been because
they were not really talking to the person who has the debit.
Another Note: The National "Do Not Call List" does not work. In fact, it
helps make the problem worse! As you all have heard in the news, these
lists are being sold and swaped with all these types of agencies.

bell canada is giving there tender to a new company
The next time IQOR called, I picked up and asked who they were looking for. My phone number is listed as my first-name initial and last name and the person they were looking for had the same last name and a first name that started with the same letter. I told them who I was and they apologized and said they had the wrong person and that they would take my name off the list. In reality, what they were doing was calling every person in my city that had the right initial and last name and using the process of elimination to find them. So, yes, very annoying - but they can get around the Do-Not-Call List because they are not telemarketing but "collecting," even though most of their calls are just fishing.
So I called them back and had a lady pick up after 3 rings, she stated the companies name and asked "how may i help you?"
I said that i called back regarding file number ......, she looked at the file and asked "have you ever lived at such and such address? I declined.
"Sorry sir, wrong person I will remove your phonenumber from our list"
So will see if the phone calls stop. I sure hope so.
So that was call number 1, I will let you know if they persist...
as i am at work i don't answer it, only day they haven't called was on a
sunday....went to return call to c who it was said # is blocked, so looked it up on computer....have no idea wut is going on....and yes this is harrasment....

This is a lawsuit to recover straight time and overtime pay for call center workers employed by iQor. The Amended Complaint we filed on April 3, 2015 alleges that iQor uses a timekeeping system called TimeQey that systematically underpays workers employed as contact center agents, customer care agents, collections agents, new business agents, student loan agents, and sales agents (collectively, “CCAs”). More specifically, the Amended Complaint alleges that iQor’s timekeeping system does not pay CCAs for time when their computers are “idle” for two minutes or more, regardless of whether CCAs performed compensable work or should otherwise be paid for the time. In addition, the Amended Complaint alleges that iQor failed to compensate CCAs for the full duration of their rest breaks. The Amended Complaint seeks to recover unpaid wages at CCAs’ regular pay rate, known as straight-time wages, unpaid overtime wages, and other damages and penalties.
Nichols Kaster is working on this matter with attorneys Douglas L. Micko and Vildan Teske of Teske, Micko, Katz, Kitzer & Rochel, PLLP.
