Recieved a call from a man named John Nelson, with very thick accent. He put his Supervisor, Anthony Johnson, on the phone, upon my repeated request,  demanding $956 to be paid immediately to a business called Cash Advance America for an alleged loan he claimed my wife failed to pay over a year ago. Never had a loan from them, never heard of them. He said if she didn't pay today that another company called American Law Division had a "senior" attorney ready to file suit against her tomorrow in "Oklahoma Court" for over $4000 after attorney's fee's. He had the last four digits of her social security number. He never could furnish our address. He claimed her employer was also being "investigated." He also called my wife at her work place earlier in the day. He told her she had failed to take care of her business and that she would "end up behind the bars."  She continued to ask for a Supervisor and was told by Anthony that he was the Supervisor. She asked for his Supervisor because, while he claimed to be American and had an American name, his accent was so thick she could not understand a word he was saying. He then started talking really quickly and shouting. She just kept shouting back for him to put someone who could speak English on the line and he hung up.  He also told her his company had sent 18 emails that had gone ignored. ROFL! Of course, those types of emails always get deleted!  Not a letter or correspondence one.  Just the emails... which, upon sifting through my past email logs were not found.  My wife was very upset and I told her it was a scam and I'd be able to find something on the internet to prove it. Of course, I have found that proof here. You'll also note, they never put a phone number on their web sites.  I'll have to see if they keep calling before I try to take any legal action, which I doubt would do any good since they are foreigners. I suppose I'll play along and make them mad everytime they call... who know's it might be fun!

    Watch for 704-247-5053. Phillip Conner called with a thick middle eastern accent. I filed complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General of North Carolina where they are calling me from. I even called their local police. Nothing they can do since I'm out of state and the harassment is only a misdomenor. they called my job to to speak with my manager. Lucky me he's on vacation for the next 2 weeks. He said he's keep calling. When he called my job he asked " have you ever been arressted in any of your past lives?" LOL!!!!

      Be careful of a Adam Williams with a thick middle Eastern Accent claiming to give Loans from Advanced America 1-832-862-8103. We didn't fall for his scam, but he finally admitted that it was a scam and that good luck finding him. He said he would pay me $10000 if I could catch him. As of 04/08/2016 This number is still active.

    They have called me to, a man and woman with thick middle eastern accents. They were rude and threatened to have me arrested. the man asked " have you been arrested in any of your past lives?"

    I received a call from officer Adam Smith. I asked for his badge # that seemed to throw him off. He Then rattled off 5-7 numbers. He asked why I wanted it. I asked him with what department he was employeed. He asked why. I said I was going to check it out. He told me he was Officer Adam Smith (with a thick middle eastern accent). He then said he was not that kind of an officer. I said you lied and mis represented your self as an officer. He tried to back track. I hung up on him. Now over a month later the same guy is calling with a new # and name, Phillip Conner. When I asked if that was his real name he said "yes do you want my social # too?". Scary to think there may be a real Phillip Connor out there and this creep may have his social#

    yea i got the same phone calls. They said that i applied for a loan and that they i did not pay it back. That they are going to sue me and take me to jail. think it is funny, they are pretty good and convincing. until you tell them to try. Then they just want to threaten you some more. the number that called me is 484-361-4801 they guys name is Mike and the other is Allen both with really heavy Arabian accents

    yea they just tried again to threaten my. i had to break down and let them know that I am a cop in California, Needless to say they hung up pretty fast. lol funny stuff.

    Just received a call from David Williams. He said he's from the State Attorneys office (206) 629-9395. He would not say what state office. He asked if I wanted more information. I said "NO" and he askled "WHY?".  I told him I knew it was a scam and it's all over the internet! I advised him I notified the FCC, FTC, FBI and local police. He then hung up on me.

    Before I realized everything was a scam, I had really thought that I owed these people money for a loan because I do have a couple of loans out right now but they are from different companies with AMERICAN employees lol. So I set up a payment schedule to pay it off. I got a call today from my "case office", Dwight Johnson and from Kevin reminding me of my payment that is due on September 15. Well I called them back and tried to get all the information that I could about their offices. They couldn't send me any information about the law suit that was being filed and they couldn't give me the initial amount of the loan. He gave me the amount after late fees and such were added to it. I confronted him and said that I was going to file a complaint with the FTC and the FBI and he said "Go on ahead while I'm on the phone". Either way I continued to call them and harass them like they were me. When they would ask me my name, I would give them random names like Joseph Stalin, Osama Bin Laden, and Jeff Gordon lol. After a while, I just started berating them with foul language just to piss them off. Just now I called them about 10 times in a row and would hang up without saying a word. The last time I called, I got a recording with an American accent instead of the disgusting Indian accents they all speak with stating their business hours are M-F, 9-5...mind you, I called them at 8:15pm!

    I have been getting the same calls. The paper work from The United States Department of Justice as Cash Advace Americe, but Mr. Watson told me it was for cash.net.  I asked him for the number he gave me 713-900-9402.  I call the number wow what a suprise the same accent. What a bunch of bull.  Mr. Kevin Watson has even left me a threaten voice mail that his clients and as well as himself would sexually abuse me one by one.  I just received another voice mail that he was going to proceed with law suit have me served at my residence for a cash loan of $300.00 that I never did. I have already had him reported to the Federal Trade Commission as well as the Better Business Bureau and IC3.gov.  I also have reported him to the local police department for harassment.  Federal Trade Commission said to ignore the calls and if I do pick up the phone to just hung up that this is a scam.

    These same people called me several times in one day, the last time they called, i started screaming telling them to stop calling my #$%m phone.  They started cursing, calling me B*&^%$'S and everything.  I hung up, they called right back.  So I turned my phone off.  Have not heard from them anymore.

    I am just like everyone els. just receved the same threatning phone call the number he gave me this number 646 543 9197 after reading all the psot here I am convinced this is a scam. my wife called the same number and had words with them. I called back latter and the guy told me my wife was going to be sued for verbual his suppervisior which was a woman. my wife never talked to a woman what a crock. next time he calls I am going to ask him his address so I can send him some pork chops LOL

    I just got a phone call also very harrassing...indian accent man by the name of JOHN ANDERSON he said I'd taken out a payday loan...that I'd be arrested tomorrow...I told him I never took one out who was he and he said don't get smart with me, your drivers license was taken away, you have a sheriff coming to your place of business tomorrow to be arrested for 5-7 years...I said you don't even know where I work, turns out he did! I hung up on him called our local police and also the 3 main credit agencies, he was very rude and mean and it also scared me since I've never taken out a payday loan.
    I'm very frustrated by him and just by how rude he was!!
    Hopefully this will stop the phone calls.  PS Call came from Moreno Valley California.  Good Luck with this to all of us I did hear the FBI is involved, hopefully so.

      I AM ALSO GETTING HARASSING DISQUISTING FOULED MOUTHED PHONE CALLS FROM AN ARABIAN MAN FROM ANDERSON LAW FIRM WITH THE AMERICAN NAME OF JONATHAN KNIGHT-I DON'T THINK THIS HEAVY ACCENTED ANIMAL HAS THAT NAME.  HE CALLED ME 26 TIMES IN A ROW ON MY CELL PHONE SO I CALLED MY PROVIDER TO BLOCK THE CALLS.  THEY ARE SCREAMING, CURSING TELLING ME I OWE $300 DOLLARS AND I KNOW I DON'T.  THEY KNOW WHERE I WORK, THEY KNOW MY ADDRESS AND THEY HAVE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER-BUT 1 NUMBER IN THE S.S. IS WRONG.  IT IS TERRIFYING.  HE WOULD NOT STOP CALLING ME.  I ASKED WHERE IS THIS ANDERSON LAW FIRM LOCATED AND HE SAID "IN YOUR P**SY-OMG I WAS SHOCKED I HUNG UP HE KEPT CALLING.  I KNOW IT IS A SCAM BUT HOW DO THEY GET THIS INFORMATION-I CAN ONLY THINK THAT THE CASH ADVANCE SITES ARE BEING HACKED INTO.  THE PHONE NUMBER THEY CALLED FROM IS 786-245-5199.  I HOPE THE F.B.I. IS INVOLVED TO STOP THESE ANIMALS.

    He called from 786-275-5079, says his name is Andrew Johnson with Anderson Law Firm. Never heard of anyone with that accent with such a common name like that.
