Although there is a growing list of reports of fraudulent charges, starting about 3 months ago, there are NO reports in complaints of how they are getting account information.
Your bank can reverse the charges if you dispute promptly. Chargebacks also force chargeback fees onto merchants engaged in unauthorized charges, and are a necessary part of the banking system to maintain honesty. If you only dispute with a dishonest merchant, you run the risk that they will just string you along past the 60 day bank dispute window, and even if the reverse charges, it has cost them nothing to try to steal from you.
Immediately contact your bank to file a fraud dispute, and block your card number or close your account to prevent further fraud. Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address or fraud department.
File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, OCC, and the Illinois Attorney General.

They have only had complaints of unauthorized charges for a few months, yet BBB reports they have already failed to respond to 2 complaints. BBB usually gives companies a month or 2 to respond before reporting the failure to respond.
That is consistent with a deliberate fraudulent charging scheme set up to stonewall victims, since victims filing BBB complaints, if they are delayed by 2 months, will have waited too long for recovering money through a bank dispute..

Google search of (866) 775-4392 and (866) 677-5439 shows no complaints of telemarketing.
"161 N Clark St, Chicago" appears to be some company renting "virtual offices", which could also serve as a mail drop/mail forwarder.

we are a legitimate online business and we have already helped thousands if not more people save on their mortgages, with our patented mortgage minder system. I apologize for those of you that have had errors or any inconveniences while dealing with us. While there may still be some kinks or glitches on our website , this does not make us crooks or a scam. Just because we are a small start up company people assume the worse, this kind of thinking makes me sick, and sad at the ignorance of the people of our great nation. Furthermore if you look at some of our most trusted and respected retailers such as wal-mart,
home depot, sears , target , you'll be hard pressed not to find MANY complaints , or even those of you yourselves , that have had unpleasantries dealing with such companies. For those of you looking to reach us we can be reached at 1-866-775-4392 and we will be happy to assist u with any questions , comments , or inquiries you might have thank you .
Your bank can reverse charges if you dispute them within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, under FRB Reg. E (for checking account EFT or debit cards), or FCBA (for credit cards). Because of this 60 day limit, when you are dealing with unauthorized charges, DO NOT DELAY IN DISPUTING THROUGH YOUR BANK.
File complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the Illinois AG.
Your excuse that large companies have lots of complaints doesn't hold up, considering they are far larger than you, have far more actual customers, and that their complaints do not generally report significant levels of unauthorized charges, while yours are entirely complaints of unauthorized charges, with a substantial number of complaints suggesting targeting the elderly. In short, your complaint profile does not match those of large well known retailers.
1) Are you selling your product through outsourced telemarketing, possibly incentivized to pad or fake sales?
2) If so, what call lists is your telemarketer using, with what characteristics?
Are they using call lists likely to include a preponderance of older consumers?
What is the name of your telemarketer?
3) You are reported to be primarily charging checking accounts, with a report of using ACH charges, and few if any reports of credit card charge. What payment processor are you using?
4) What is your physical address (not mail drop/mail forwarder)?
5) Who are the owners of the company?
6) In what state is it incorporated, who is the agent for service of process, and what is their address?

And if you dispute through your bank, withn the 60 day dispute period, and your bank screws up pushing the charge back, then under the regs, THEY are stuck, and have to make you whole. (They might not tell you that, however.)
You ask through the merchant, and if they delay past the 60 days, they can pretty much ignore you, since although you might sue within the SOL, which is 1 year, no one is going to sue over these small amounts, and they know it.
That's why the bank regs were designed the way they were, to allow fraudulent and unauthorized charges, or even simple "mistakes", to be pushed back with penalties on either the shady merchant, or whoever gave them access to the payment systems. The players following the rules shouldn't get stuck, but they do have to catch the "error", and they do have to dispute according to the rules.
