They sent me a saying Margaret Wells from the Mediation Department it is imperative that you contact my office at 833-785-6253.   I called them because i thought it was a text from the dr office.  They tried to get info from me.  I told them I don't have bills I'm rich and retired.  They tried to scare me.  I hung up. lol  Scammers

    Margaret Wells from the mediation dept of 888-312-0661. If I owe anyone or anything make sure the creditors apply it to my credit report so in future I am able to dispute or confirm that I indeed am the responsible party and I am credited for any outstanding balance I may owe. If it has not been posted to my credit report please do not contact my family and friends by skip tracing me and sending false and embarrassing information making me out to look like some kind of criminal. Find a new hobby or career it doesn't look like your very good at the job you have now. Because making threats on the phone are against the law.

    My mom forward me the text message ent to her phone yesterday from Margaret Wells then i get a text later that day on my phone from a phone number 231-273-2423saying its imperative that i contact her office at 877-415-0340. Didn't feel right so i started looking the info up and found this site and everyones stating the exact same thing. smh scammer no life we work hardfor what we have, like honestly get a real job

      I received the same text message.i called them and they had my former married name Social security #and current address. I was scared till  I found this post.

    I have been getting calls and text from this person. I block the number and they have 15 more to call you on. Like another person said, “ if it’s not on my credit report…” I don’t have anything outstanding. These people are ridiculous. I pray they all get caught, in Jesus name.

    Last week I received a text message from the # 231.273.2423 that says "MARCUS CALDWELL, this is Margaret Wells from the Mediation Department. It is imperative that you contact my office at 877-415-0340". I received a very similar message today from the same # that now says "MARCUS CALDWELL, this is Margaret Wells from the Mediation Department. It is imperative that you contact my office at 888-312-2384". I called the 888-312 number and it just rings. I also called the 213.273 that texted and I get a message that the # is disconnected.

    They're wasting my time so I thought I'd waste a little bit of theirs. Oh well.

    This message also comes up with the name Carol Snyder from the Mediation Department. I received the text a few weeks ago then again today. Shortly after I blocked the number, my sister and son also received it for me. These people need a life!

    I received the same text from "Margaret" this is total [***] do not believe a word that this person says they're trying to scam you and get personal information so they can take your money. No legitimacy at all.

    Just got the same text on a chase account with a Ford fusion that's paid off and sold. I'm like I don't have anything for you. She like if you paid it off wheres the title I said I have no idea call chase and ask them. She said thank you and hung up. Like girl bye try somebody else

    Received a text on my phone for my son Troy to contact a Carol Snyder Mediation Department asap but when I tried the phone number listed in the body of the text 888-974-3233 sounded like a fax line no answer. I then looked at the orgininal incoming text and saw a phone number 251-274-1637 called and it rang 6 times a recorded message said no one available. I believe it was a scam!

    I just got a text from 803-274-5333 with the text message saying "LIZBETH SALAZAR MARTINEZ, This is Carol Snyder from the Mediation Department. It is imperative that you contact my office at 866-790-0225." I looked up the 803 number and that is in South Carolina and the 866 number is in California. I looked up the name Lizbeth and there was a case with this persons name but no telling how many Lizbeth's there are with this information.

    I got a text yesterday from this number telling me to call a Carol Snyder at mediation. Then a robocall this morning. Might have a lil fun later with them.

    Been getting same calls/texts telling me my social, which isn't mine and they're going to serve ppr's on me tomorrow. I tell them to bring it, add their number to block list and hang. Anymore,if it's a number not on my contacts, I automatically block it.

    Now the person who called me is named Carol Snyder from the mediation dept it is imperative you call at 866-790-0094. UMMMM no your full of crap sending a txt from 458-227-1575 and leaving a message on a family members line. Shame on you!!

    my husband just got a phone call from Carol Snyder from "mediation"LOLOLOL It is imperative that I call 8667900285. Yah I'll just mess with you all later.  Block your number, call the number and mute your phone, then hit add call and dial the number again. Then the idiots are talking to each other. It's hilarious.

    Email was sent to me. So I kept on emailing back them and asking what company they are affiliated with but they kept on telling me to call the number they provided. So what I did is, I captured their email and sent the message directly to CIBI and guest what? CIBI emailed back saying that the email did not came from them.
